A/C did not work and blew hot air. I had to drive 2 hours with my elderly mother in a hot ass truck and Uhaul would not reimburse anything because nothing was said before I left. I didn't know it wasn't working properly until 10 miles into the trip and I was on a time schedule and couldn't turn around to go back. This was a disgraceful rental and wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone!

Daniel M.Clean, inspect and repair truck before it's sent back out. Truck I rented was dirty on inside. The tow/haul button was inop causing the truck to burn excessive amount of fuel. I used 10 gallons to go 40 miles. Way too much fuel.
JAMES D.I dropped off the truck early and site was closed. Thirty minutes before lease time expiration I received notice on how to return the vehicle. The keys for the truck were already in the drop box. That information should have been provide during the reservation time.

Donnie D.Lady was too over extended in her workload. She told me where to drop and she would come out to inspect. I waited and waited while she came out but went to other units to move them around the yard and then return to her office. I ended up doing self return just so I could leave and get back to work. She was very nice and wanted to do a good job, she just had too much to do in the time she had to do it. However, this caused me to be even later getting to my job.

Marie R.I was first directed to a storage location that was not set up to receive trucks at night. I then realized it was at another location in Crowley in a strip mall that took a little searching before locating it. Once there, all went well.
Joseph G.There was nothing wrong with the facilities or the office staff. Erica was very nice and polite and tried to help to the best of her abilities. The problem we had was with the new owner, Jim Barbin. After he bought the business he immediatly raised our rent $55.00/month. We tried to talk to him about the increase. He would not return our calls and basically said through Erica if we didn't like the increase to move out, so we did. My opinion through all of this is that he was more concerned with the money he would make than customer service.

Terrell L.The uhaul trailer was easy to hookup and when loaded correctly, with the majority of the weight in front of the twin axle centerline, pulled easily with no side to side motion. We will rent one again.
Chris B.Exterminate the truck, roaches in cab. Got some to go food, sat it in seat, stopped again couple hours to take a break and roaches crawling in my food. Needless to say they crawled on you while driving . Picking up truck and car hauler was a joke, lady in office was professional, being sent sixty three miles out of way to get equipment in pouring down rain, no help at location to hook car carrier to truck, ( not lady in office fault, she was about 4'11†and weighed all of 80lbs). Yes they gave me 99 extra miles for inconvenience and small discount, put insurance on truck and hauler ate up so called discount……

ETHAN M.Had to drive 25 miles from where I requested the equipment. The pick up site personnel were not helpful at all. With as far ahead as I ordered the equipment I would expect the equipment to be available. Personnel need to be trained on web site and equipment and hookups,

TY L.We were not pleased with the experience overall. After reserving a a truck the week before, we were told the afternoon before pickup that no trucks were available and we'd have to go 30 min away from our home to pick one up. Although they comp'd an afternoon, it was extremely inconvenient with our move to find this out so close to pickup.

Latisha L.The lady was rude.. While assisting me she answered another call hung up and immediately talking bout the customer on the other phone. The same customer had called back she showed the irritation never answered the phone again. All I could think of was when I had been calling repeatdly if she was displaying the same attitude. The young man was unexperienced when asked question on how to hook up the hitch. His response was usually they bring someone to help them. I need the item I rented thats the only reason I countinued the rental services but I would rather travel someone else to get the services
