The equipment was clean, but it clearly wasn't the best trailer on the lot.

K PTruck smelled heavily of smoke. The Uhaul app didn't work on return, had to call help line. I wasted 30 minutes trying to figure out the app on pickup doing all your work: pictures of truck, license and other wasteful demands. Why not get that before. And app said gas was full, it was not.
CARL RI had a terrible experience! I initially wanted one size truck, they didn’t have it and just gave me a bigger size without notification. Well I called to change the size when I arrived at the Crowley store because 26 was too much truck for what we needed. I was under the impression that you could return a UHaul at any location. No one told me otherwise! It was a huge inconvenience and I also had to pay double in mileage because of it! I am disappointed in the lack of communication with my experience.
