DANIEL Malthough there were no serious issues, from start to finish with all the charges; I'm a bit resentful. also, I'm glad UPS, FEDEX, USPS & everything else that uses box/cargo trucks doesn't go by "water resistant not waterproof" for liability and/or failure use proper repair methods/personnel. the truck was Class 2 wet Too

Tara OI informed the clerk I would be dropping the rental in Ozona TX, Crockett county. She put the delivery for Crockett TX. That's a 6 & 1/2 hour difference, one way. Then u-haul wanted to charge me for dropping it off at a wrong location. Plus they wanted to charge for an extra day but my drop off location wasn't open on Sunday.

Travis MI had to drive an extra 30 minutes to reach this Crowley location. There was a u-haul location 5 minutes away. I find out the day before that the local u-haul location does not have the size truck that I reserved.

STEVEN SI was not thrilled with the last-minute change in pick-up location. The vehicle was not available at the reserved location (which was booked more than a week ahead). It required an additional 30 miles each way to pick up the vehicle, causing delays in our move

Darla GI Asked For A Climate Controlled Unit, But As Was Putting My Furniture In , I Noticed That Where My Storage Unit Was Way In The Back It Wasn’t Cool At All, It Was Somewhat Cooler In The Front Of The Building, But Not Where My Unit Was Way In The Back Part Of The Building & To Pay What I Paid For That Unit & Not To Be Cool That Wasn’t Good At All, I Feel That Was A Waste Of Money, I Probably Would Recommend It To Friends, I Just Advise Them Not To Get One Way In The Back Of The Building

Michael DThe woman hooked up the trailer to my truck and I questioned her if it was right, she responded yes. When I left and turned out on the main road the trailer came off of my hitch in the street. Luckily I was able to get it on by myself. I did go back and let them know what happened.

More along the lines of the app not working nor the website I was told to use, not recognizing my phone nor email that the entire reservation was set for. So add this in with sitting around outside fighting freezing cold weather and trying to get someone on the phone was a terrible experience. I don’t believe I’d ever use U-Haul again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Blaine GRented vehicle transport trailer online which included drop off location closest to my home which was 10 miles away. Once I picked up the trailer and was in route home, I received call from U-Haul office informing of a new drop off location which was 32 miles away from my home. I questioned why the change and was informed the Eunice drop location was no longer accepting transport trailers. The next day I heard from another facility the Eunice dealer does not like vehicle transport trailers on that facility. If this is true, the online drop off location should have NOT allowed my selection. I'm not satisfied with U-Haul changing my original contract details after picking up the trailer. I believe U-Haul should reimburse me for fuel mileage and additional travel time to/from the Crowley drop off location from my home. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Blanie KThe place is inside one mall. There was no sign on the outside of the building. The place has a different name, what made me uncertain about the place to drop off. But when I came close, there was a U-haul sign. A very helpful employee came to the door of the building and explained to me how to deliver my keys.

Since the new owners have taken over the lighting has greatly improved. The staff is very friendly and we would recommend this facility for your storage needs.
TERRY E | Overall ExperienceThere was nothing wrong with the facilities or the office staff. Erica was very nice and polite and tried to help to the best of her abilities. The problem we had was with the new owner, Jim Barbin. After he bought the business he immediatly raised our rent $55.00/month. We tried to talk to him about the increase. He would not return our calls and basically said through Erica if we didn't like the increase to move out, so we did. My opinion through all of this is that he was more concerned with the money he would make than customer service.
