Jacquelyn HOriginally contracted with the Pepperchase location in Southaven, but was switched to another pickup location…: without announcing the switch to us… At the Gulfport, MS location was informed to be registered for a climate control unit… only to find 2 days before moving…… no reservation was done…scrambled to find a reservation in Biloxi, Ms…… a long way from home in Long Beach, MS…. Went to independent storage facility…… for.less mone than UHAUL….in Long Beach…. While talking to online operators… got feelings I was not really appreciated as a customer…. Rework the automated phone ques….. can be more helpful to find solutions to the customers needs…..

Errol NTruck not at original location, had to drive additional 30 mins to pick up. Furniture dolly included in rental, but not available at pickup location. Gave me hand dolly instead, which was fine, would have preferred furniture dolly.

Jackie CThe pickup location was not the problem. The 15 ft truck’s interior lights didn’t work, and the driver couldn’t see the speedometer since it was driven after sunset. The wiper blades needed either replaced or cleaned. It rained and the blades didn’t do a very good job-just smeared the oily windshield.

Keyunna bAfter waiting for the late Uhaul clerk to arrive to work, I was charged for gas although I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas that was originally in the Uhaul. After reviewing the Uhaul, the clerk stated my receipt will be emailed. I requested a hard copy and to my dismay I was charged $20 for gas. I asked the clerk about the charge and she responded with “it’s a hair off”. I showed her a picture of the amount of gas that was in the tank when I picked up the vehicle and a pic of the gas meter line I took while waiting on her to arrive. I wanted her to see for herself the bogus charge she added to my rental fee. She then had the audacity to say, I am sorry, I had to charge you because it’s not the same amount. I will never rent from this location again. I had the proof to prove to her she was wrong for adding the $20.00 charge. Bad business practice. I politely left the dirty facility . I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

DL BFix the app or computer system. It runs too slow and kicks you out in the middle of the rental process. The location is great.
Ashley LHaving smaller trucks available. I only needed at 15 or 16 ft rental and ended up with a 26 ft because that's all that was available. I reserved my rental almost a week ahead of time and didn't know I was getting such a large truck until I got there.
