After waiting for the late Uhaul clerk to arrive to work, I was charged for gas although I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas that was originally in the Uhaul. After reviewing the Uhaul, the clerk stated my receipt will be emailed. I requested a hard copy and to my dismay I was charged $20 for gas. I asked the clerk about the charge and she responded with â€œit's a hair offâ€. I showed her a picture of the amount of gas that was in the tank when I picked up the vehicle and a pic of the gas meter line I took while waiting on her to arrive. I wanted her to see for herself the bogus charge she added to my rental fee. She then had the audacity to say, I am sorry, I had to charge you because it's not the same amount. I will never rent from this location again. I had the proof to prove to her she was wrong for adding the $20.00 charge. Bad business practice. I politely left the dirty facility . I wouldn't recommend this location at all.tamara M.

Fix the app or computer system. It runs too slow and kicks you out in the middle of the rental process. The location is great.Ashley L.
Having smaller trucks available. I only needed at 15 or 16 ft rental and ended up with a 26 ft because that's all that was available. I reserved my rental almost a week ahead of time and didn't know I was getting such a large truck until I got there.ashley L.

I ordered two dollies: a large appliance dolly and a regular one. I received neither. When I spoke with the U-Haul representative from the 1-800 number, she assured me that someone from the location would contact me via phone. I have yet to receive a phone call, and I have not been made whole for what I was charged for the dollies.Farae W.

The convenience of making the reservationson short notice was awesome. However,it did say MY phone used to make the reservation would be needed to open. I leave work, arrive 2 to 3 min early, in order to get a head start b4 movers arrive. After 15 tries, my phonelocation still can't be picked up... I'm unable to get the truck. My daughter is with me. She logs into my account from HER phone , she is able to unlock the truck etc. In one way this is great , it meant I nor my phone did not need to be present. On the other hand I could have given that information to my daughter, she could have met the movers etc. Saving me from leaving work...also my location & internet were working fine. I have no idea what the problem was. The truck was clean, the location a little on the shady side. No one would need to go there alone, nor leave their personal vehicle. Annette KingJames L.
Mrs Wood made our rental go smoothly. She was more than helpful to suggest a truck to fit our needs and offered helpers if needed for the move. If businesses had more people like her there would be a lot less headaches. She even called back to make sure our move went smoothly. Waited three hours for returning truck. They did call customer, said it would be 20 minutes. Truck smelled of cigarettes smoke. Used truck less than 2.5 hours, 40 miles one way. Did not get any consideration for the inconvenience. Was not told the contract. What does the $19.95 per day? I paid less over all going out state going over 400 miles.)llJoyce F.

The U-Haul confirmation indicated the wrong pick up location on the map. The actual location was several miles further south on the same street. Apparently there is a problem with the GPS for this location.Dave O.

Our company Delta Gastroenterology used their trailer to move medical equipment and office furniture from our Senatobia location to our Southaven location. The front desk staff processed us quickly and they hitched our trailer to our vehicle and we were on our way.
