I was upset because I got there about 8:00 to turn my truck in for 8:00 p.m. cuz it was due back for 9:00 p.m. and could not get the website to stop jumping off tried from two phones had to call somebody else to come to the storage place to help me get it checked in and ended up getting checked in after 9:00 p.m. so I'm expecting that I will not get that $20 charge because y'all can go to the camera and see that I was thereLightle W.

The lady was not well trained and could not reach a supervisor to help her. I had to spend over 30 minutes on the phone, in the parking lot to get a uhaul rep to assign a drop off location. I was not able to do it on the App, like the rep from Georgia told me I would. Overall, this was the most difficult uhaul rental I have ever experienced. The truck was excellent. It is the service provided by the non uhaul employed representatives that made it difficult.James A.

Electronic use was too redundant. I had to fill out the same information three times. After that my license was scanned providing the same information I spent time filling out.Scott N.
Walking up to the entrance it a task because Cindy parks her golf cart in the middle on the side walk in front on the entrance door. The store is clean and presentable until you get to the counter and it's a mess back there, literally and figuratively. Cindy, the csr, was not pleasant. I heard her interactions with another customer before she helped me and I was surprised she even still had a job there or anywhere. It wasn't necessarily what she said rather than how she said it. I arrived at 430 and was supposed to have my rental ready for pick up at 415 but she was not. Her very irritated response was â€œyou have a rental for today are you sure? I haven't had a chance to look at the reservations.â€ They close at 5 and I made my reservation at 7am that morning. I also called and left messages that morning which no one returned my call. I brought that up to her and she responded she doesn't come in until 9 which let me know she knew I called and heard my messages because I called around 845am which I didn't share with her when I said I called. She locked herself out of the computer after banging on her password wrong several times. She then called Zachary and had him pull up my reservation. After reading all my debit card information aloud with other customers present on speaker with Zach I finally checked my own truck out, Loaded my additional rented equipment myself and got a truck 20' longer than I reserved because she didn't have time to check the other truck in yet (at this very quiet location while she's playing games on the computer 🤷🏻â€â™€ï¸). The next day dropping off wasn't any better. My husband and I waited there to drop off the keys. No one was there and didn't returned at the posted time so we had to leave and returned later. Not what you want to deal with after moving, painting and cleaning a house for a week with a 1 and 2 year old. This is not my first interaction with this location. Previously went in to buy moving supplies and was very rudely told I couldn't purchase anything there without cash so I left and went somewhere else. They also have a sister location in ball A-safe that's very similar minus rude Cindy. They are unorganized, bothered when you call if they even answer and NEVER at the office.Lindsey S.

My appointment time was for 9am . I had called around 8:30am; no answer . I just wanted to confirm my appointment time,make sure that the trailor was there , and to make sure that the location was correct . No one was there or busy with another customer . Everything else ; was GREAT !RONALD W.

I was told I could use the 24/7 app to get the uhaul with my phone. When I get there after a 10 hour drive with my kids I could not get the truck I spent 2 hours on the phone just to find out a had a past due balance from 2013 which I had no recollection of and I even asked before I reserved if there was a past due bill from a previous time because I've had issues with my mother getting things in my name and I was told no! Was told it would be 530$ just to find out after I get there it's going to be 1,000$ for me to get the uhaul because I did have a past due balance. I was lied to about what time I could pick up the truck. The door did not want to close and the mirror wouldn't even turn in so I could properly see on the side of me! It Was hands down a horrible experience! I had to talk to so many different people who all gave me different information! I will never use this company again and will make damn sure my mother in law who is a pediatric surgeon and my father in law who is an attorney spread the word to their colleagues!Paige K.

Hire a new customer service representative. Very rude and unprofessional. Nikki Bailey called me saying I needed to go pick up a empty box I left on the property. It was a accident and if I didn't she would charge me $25 for clean up. She wouldn't allow me to going the building without a face mask, but I had my shirt covering my face. My face mask got damaged during the move. I think Nikki could of been more understanding and not call me with a attitude because of something was accidentally done. She told me she couldn't helome check in because she was on a conference call to leave my key in the box. She said she will not check my uhaul back in until I went pick up the box. It was to late to turn around because I was almost to bunkie,LA 45 minutes away. I will not recommend or rent from this location ever againvictoria B.

Have your employees physically check the equipment with the customer to determine any damage or trash left in the vehicle. And, on return of the vehicle, it would be more convenient for the customer if an employee would be PHISICALLY PRESENT AT THE DROP-OFF LOCATION FOR CHECK-IN!Patricia M.
The lady at the front was awesome in every aspect. However the gentleman who was there when I checked out he was very unprofessional. Upon me returning the truck, I tried to use the app to check in my rental Pryor to the store opening. I saw the same gentleman working there, he was moving a larger truck around the location. I asked if he could help me with the app and he said no your going to have to wait until they open, I asked if he worked here and he said not today just fucking wait until they open... I said thanks for your help and have a blessed day.. I didn't appreciate his attitude with me, I just was having issues with the app... Hoping he could help...jonathan K.

The location was fine, but when I was trying to return the truck, l could not see anyone at the desk, so l came back, hoping to see someone in the building, but still, l could not see anyone. Finally on the last try, when l had driven off, my husband said that he thinks he sees someone, so l turned around, and came back up the highway, and so I pulled closer to the building, looked in, and l could barely see her head behind the computer. So l went in, and l told her that l didn't see anyone in there earlier. Anyway, l was CHARGED an EXTRA $40.00, for not being able to see someone behind the desk to return my keys. lI believe that l should get my $40.00 refunded, because who knows where she was when l arrived to return that truck. I don't know if she was asleep or what, l just know that l didn't see anyone, and l was NOT going to leave that truck there with the keys for someone to steal it. I did not see a drop box at the time, because I was looking for someone to put those keys in their hand for safety reasons. Thank you Uhaul for reading my committ. Both the woman and the man at the location where I picked up and dropped off were very rude (I jokingly asked her if she'd washed and waxed the truck and she responded â€œno - but I did rip the biggest fart ever in the cab) and their general attitude was that I was inconveniencing them by renting the truck. The location where I reserved the truck (Terry's Secure Storage in Alexandria, LA) are the exact opposite - they smile a lot, have a very positive attitude, and look for ways to make reserving a uhaul a great experience.Joe P.

Terrible experience! Made reservation a month in advance for a 15' Truck. Day before move found out I had no Truck and had to go to different location for a 26' Truck. This truck quit on me 4 times before I called roadside assistance to come replace fuel pump causing hour and half delay. Overall stressful experience for a five hour move. Will definitely consider another company for my next move.gary E.
