Please Bill according to the rates. If milage is supposed to lower during the week than use a calculator to charge properly. Don’t automatically charge for a weekly rate when the renter is doing the daily rate. What a rip off!!

After locking the vehicle and dropping the key in the overnight key drop box, I realized I left my backpack in the vehicle that was now locked. They called me first thing in the morning to notify me of tge backpack and held it till I could get there. Would definitely go back to this location.
FREDERICK MI was charged for 2 days, when I had the truck less than the times agreed upon. Turned keys in at 9:30 AM, invoice wasn't finalized until 5 PM.

ALAGIE LThe truck I had reserved did not turn on when I tried to start the engine. I was told at the front desk the truck had been broken and out of service for a while and they did not know why it was still shown as an option when making reservations. The employees at the front desk were very kind and helpful, they were able to get me a bigger truck for the same price. However, I did not need a bigger truck and it delayed me about 15-20 minutes. I had also rented some furniture pads and when I went to pick them up I was told this location does not rent those out. That if I needed to rent them out I would have needed to go to a different location. Overall, terrible service. Would not recommend.
Meribeth SHorrendous, it was supposed to be a mobile checkout, the clerk was extremely elderly and confused. I waited about a half hour repeating my information over and over. I could go on and on but won’t.

ELIZABETH JEvery time I come here, they never have all the other items that I need: a utility dolly, pads, etc. They always just have the vehicle and that's it. They don't let you know ahead of time either, so by the time I pick up the vehicle, I can't get the other items that I need elsewhere in time for my endeavor. Either keep that location supplied with everything, not let a user select these items online if they don't have them, or force them to call people if the items aren't available. This has happened 3 times now!

JOHN BBilled me to much . They did refund me after I went down. Right Truck size that I ordered wasent available. They never checked truck in uhaul corporate called me twice to ask where truck was and it was at the store dropped off already
john rPlace is run by a bunch of teenagers who spend more time on their phones than speaking and interacting with customers. Truck was perfect for my needs. It was clean and very easy to drive. Just don't expect a lot of professional customer service there. Also, the cellular coverage there is poor. So using the app to return the truck is difficult after hours.

JAVIER RStaff gave me the keys to the wrong vehicle and when I came back to the office to indicate the error, they treated me like I caused the problem and was a moron. I was polite and did not make a big deal out of the error, but the poor treatment bothered me. Poor customer service.

Kari PThe inside of the cab was not prepared for usage. The floors were covered in mud. Crumbs were on the seat and tissues were left in the cup holder. Very disappointed. The only clean item was the dashboard. The rear storage portion had built-up dirt as if it had never been cleaned.

Jeff CEven if I was set for a mobile pick up at the time of ordering the truck, the mobile pick up was not set when I showed up at the scheduled pick-up time. I had to wait for the store to open before I could pick up. The truck was not clean at pick up but the app would not allow more than one picture to be taken for each issue.

Jennifer MWe had a 15 ft truck was painful to drive the transmission was stuck in third gear wouldn’t go any more than 40. Not like I am a speeder or any thing but if I had to do highway run I would be in trouble. We returned it cause of hight issues where we had to drive in. That worked out fine with the 10 foot truck it was a nice runner.
