Everything was good!
STEPHEN MThe office is not managed very well at all. The manager just didn’t show up the day I rented, a young guy was trying to help everyone to the best of his ability. I felt really bad for him. My app wasn’t working later that day when I returned the truck, I called on Monday morning to inform them, never heard back. Two days later still never heard back. I called on Wednesday and a very rude lady answered the phone. She couldn’t tell me why I was charged another $50 dollars but would have to look into it. She called back and said because I drove 68 miles total. That impossible since round trip to and from my location is only 24 miles and that is all I drove for the day. She offered no help and hung up the phone. I will never rent from these people ever again. My $29 for one day turned into over $130. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

The person managing the location was very nice and handled the drop off process expeditiously, especially considering we had a blowout on our journey and the vehicle was turned in with some damage

Sergei GIm dissatisfied as the truck that was rented had problems and now I’m being charged extra money for the extra miles accumulated for having to reroute myself due to the truck having tire sensor errors, check engine light came on while in transit. The rental did not operate properly. I do not agree with me being charged this extra when I had to go extra miles in rerouting due to the faulty truck operation.

MICHAEL WWe had an engine failure in a remote area of New Mexico. It was 7 degrees and an artic storm was moving in. We sat on the side of the road for seven freaking hours waiting on help. Your communication was absolutely terrible. Your action to help us in our time of distress was minimal at best. We ended up calling local law enforcement to obtain a name of a tow company who services that highway and provided that information to YOU! I am completely dissatisfied with Uhaul and appalled at the way that you treated your customer as we sat on the side of the road freezing to death. I want a full refund for the money that I paid you. I would never never use Uhaul again!

Stoney JThis is not a reflection on the facility here as the customer agent was extremely friendly and very helpful. But this is the 2nd or 3rd time I have rented blankets and the facility not had them. I cannot explain the level of frustration when you arrive to find out a facility does not have blankets.

Michael LI'm not sure my equipment was ever actually checked in. I felt like the clerk was trying to get me to leave without the check-in process being completed (Which I eventually had to do). She blamed the Uhaul system, but I felt like she was just dragging her feet for some reason. The whole check-in experience made me uncomfortable.

JAMES SI arrived 40minutes early and the young lady was having a hot lunch. I apologized for early arrival and she was so accommodating and was so appreciative for my business. Her attitude was very refreshing even though I ruined her lunch.

Daniel GI would recommend this storage facility, as the customer service person at this particular drop off location was very friendly, courteous, and helpful, but again, because of the unsafe issue with all four tires being bad and having to replace all four tires on the car carrier and losing half a day of travel because of this, I don't feel very confident in renting a Uhaul again or recommending Uhaul rentals to family and friends.
deanna cstaff was nice but the truck was filthy, and it did not have a lift. I also left the truck with 3/4 tank of gas. Can I get a refund on that? There was only a 1/4 tank to start out with.

David ABe punctual. We were told to report at location at 9am and no one showed up until 10:30am.
Thomas F24/7 pick up not available. Dolly was requested/reserved online, but then was told that they were out of dollys, so had to scramble to find one elsewhere. Despite this, they attempted to charge me for both a dolly they didn't provide and blankets I did not use. Additionally, the truck was not clean when I picked it up. There was a sticky garbage bag, empty bottle, and old lock in the cab, and the blankets in the back were not zipped up, so one had ended up on the floor. Covered in scratches, steering wheel was very worn and drove straight only when the wheel was turned about 40 deg clockwise. Definitely seemed like an old, somewhat junky Uhaul they did the bare minimum for. Got the job done, but can't say I was impressed haha.

Keith WDrop off was difficult, needed code to get into property, and had misplaced the card. Luckily, there was someone there that had a code. Tight spaces to hitch and unhitch trailer
