I drove up to the drop off location and my husband went to the office and the door was locked. He peeked in and saw a lady in there on the phone. She finally came and open the door. My husband asked if she wanted us to put the truck on inside of the gate. She rudely said to just leave the truck there. He also asked if she wanted to check the truck and the gas gage and loudly told him that’s fine! Just leave the truck there! So we left. She called me back and said that the truck passed inspection and everything was cleared. She also wanted to apologize for speaking so rudely to my husband.

Everything went well
chris nWe couldn't find the entrance and Cindy was immediately responsive. She assisted me to find the entrance and explained I could reach out to her during drop off if I cant get in the gate with the code or something since it was going to eb a Sunday dop off not during business hours. Above and Beyond! Justin who was in the office that day as well checking us out, above and beyond!! Thank you!
