TRAVIS OI have rented a truck twice in the last 6 months and both times had an excellent experience.
RYAN YI missed a fulls day work due to uhauls app being down, then the next day when I rented was lied to saying my drop off location was “full” and had no space and they wanted me to drive an extra 30 miles opposite of my drop off location to return my rental. I had already returned my rental when I received this call. The return location was almost empty. Being lied to and tricked to return a rental for the convenience of it being at a location someone needed to pickup at, for a company that severely inconvenienced me the day before really left me with a bad taste in my mouth for uhaul. Been a customer for over 20 years. Watson’s market in Osburn was great, A-Z rental in post falls was great, it was the Cda Id Appleway location that tried lying.

CARIE LQuick and easy and very friendly however paying per mile in town sucks. It cost more in miles than it was to rent the truck. other then the cost of miles it was easy and convenient.

STEVEN SWhen I picked the truck up the paperwork said fuel tank is at 7/8 of a tank and to bring it back at 7/8 of a tank. From the starting odometer to when I returned it I put 10.2 miles on the truck. when I returned it they told me it was less than 7/8 of a tank and that I would get charged $10.00 gallons to fill it up. When I showed the receipt that was less than 10 min old, when I showed the receipt that showed I put 3.5 gallons in for 10 miles the response I received was " oh no, these things get maybe 2 MPG. So I went back to the gas station to put 1.3 gallons in before the has pump clicked off for being full. Too me, this either means that the rental place was dishonest about the trucks only getting 2 MPG or less, or they were just trying to upcharge me for fuel. I am not going to put up a big fuss over less than $4.00 of gas but it was pretty frustrating non the less. Also, if your vehicles only get 2 MPG that seems to be something that needs to go on a safety disclosure because there are many stretches of hwy that you go more than 60 miles between gas stations so again if indeed it is the case that these vehicles only get 2mpg that needs to be disclosed so it does not leave motorist stranded.
JOHN NThe bigger guy at the counter was rude and was no help when while the computer was not texting me to finish the sign up process. The older gentleman was very nice and ended up apologizing for the computer problems and it taking so long. I rented a car trailer and the one ramp while pulling it out just fell to the ground.
robert lThey can improve their public relations because they had a little problem with me. For some reason with my charge bird and my cell phone, not a good experience at all.

SHERMAN UHave the web developers study good websites in order to get some ideas. Important buttons were difficult to find, and the agree button, below the signature box is backwards compared to other websites
Darrin LService was great. The counter people were having fun while doing their jobs. Truck was clean and warming up for me while I was doing paperwork. My only complaint is the little added fees. Environmental fees and the like. Why don't you add them to the truck rental so that I don't get quoted $78.00, but turns out to be nearly $100. I know mileage is extra, and that's fine. Uhaul has always charged mileage. All the unspoken fees seems a little deceptive. This is nothing against my rental company, they were great. This is directed towards corporate Uhaul. You offer a great service, you don't need to be deceptive about it.

JENNIFER BBetter fuel readings. After driving only 13 miles and re-filling the tank with several gallons of gas back to the original gauge position, I was marked for being over 3 gallons short and was charged an additional $18. I figured the 26' truck made better than 2 mpg when only half loaded.
BRIAN JThe exterior was dirty. The steps on the wheel wells were covered with sand, dirt and gravel. I had to wash it before loading. The interior was clean but the outside was filthy.

MARVIN GGo out of business!! A to Z were great! Uhaul were not!! The online system was down which resulted in me suffering extended phone calls to poorly trained and insulting staff. It took 45minutes of seering frustration to rent a prebooked trailer. Finally a $20 apology voucher is more like an insult especially when I intend never to use Uhaul again! Way beyond deplorable!!!
Colin NVehicle seemed a bit dirty. Driver window had a loud rattle. Poor suspension on my gravel road. On the positive, I liked the lower deck for loading. We will be moving more stuff the next few months so will consider another U-Haul rental.
IAN DThe store is hard to find. It is located UNDER the Greensferry overpass, and can only be safely accessed via Seltice Way. If you didn't already know where it was, you could drive back and forth on Greensferry and never find it. There is a hidden side road where Greensferry meets Seltice, next to the Pawn 1, and that is how you access it.
KATHRYN EI dont know what uhaul trucks normally look like i dont rent them often. I know they are there to haul stuff but the speedometer plastic was cracked i wasnt sure if the truck was gonna break down and a to z rental looked unkept. I wasnt sure if they were open and long weeds covering there windows. Just my thoughts. I would recommend if you want quick and convienent around town the self check was great.

Andrew BWe were told there were two trucks and three rentals on those trucks and since I was one of the first two to get there I got a truck. If Uhaul overbooks the trucks I think that is piss poor business practice and I would be outraged if the truck I scheduled was rented before I arrived.

Michael SI currently have opened a dispute and hope to get my money back. The trip was stressful due to the condition of the truck. The location I picked up in was not helpful, rude, and the truck was in poor condition and dirty. It was before close of their day and they just didn’t want to deal with me on my questions or concerns about the truck. Basically told me to dispute the condition of truck thru the link provided at time of pickup. I left feeling like I hope the truck makes it to our destination. It did but even the store we returned it to said they should have never gave us that truck and he instantly said he was decommissioning the truck until windshield was replaced and repairs were made. These were necessary safety issues that needed to be fixed. Multiple warning light were on the dash also. I returned the truck 1 day early as we just wanted to be done with it.
melony oThe mobile check in process was ridiculous. Additional verification was needed after I arrived and started the process then the site froze on me and luckily the business I was picking up from was open and able to help me unlock the truck to get the keys. Other than that, it got the job done and drop off was easy.
Mason FThe front desk workers were very rude. I had reserved an appliance dolly when I booked my reservation. Upon entering I asked a few questions as this was the first time I used your mobile pick up. They immediately gave me attitude. I went out to check my uhaul and finish the online check in. When we opened the back door we noticed there was no appliance dolly. We returned to the front desk and was again greeted with attitude. The man stated "You must have just added it because we don't see it on our end". He asked his coworker to put it in the back. We followed him to the truck and the man aggressively threw it in the back and slammed the door. I will not be returning to this location.

Brittany LHeadlights were pointer at the ground making it very hard to drive at night, there was a broken wiper blade on the passenger side. The padlock for the back door needed to lubricated to even get the key in it, there was an annoying rattle in the drivers door. and the bag od blankets attached to the right rear of the cargo caompartment was in the way of loading my cargo. This was VERY ANNOYING AND INCONVENIENT. i DECLINED EXTRA BLANKETS twice AND STILL THEY WERE INT HE TRUCK in the way of my cargo needs.

The other gentleman helped as well, didn't catch his name. But very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. Outstanding overall experience.
