A little tricky to find, but once located 5 stars
SUSAN LI ordered a uhaul twice online both times they did not use our online oder. They slam you from a 10ft to a 15ft and charge more, they also dont add insurance like your original order was. This happened twice in one week. From this location. I only knew what had happened the second time because I was called twice to pick up the truck and we already had it. Then argued with us when we brought it up.
