Nothing! The survey doesn't mention customer service. I frequently utilize uhaul services & this site is new for me. The customer service upon drop off was the best I've ever had! Friendly, accomidating, respectful towards me & my kids. Also very prompt, it was in & out for us & reciept sent immediately. I will only be going to this site from now on.

ROBERT GThis is not my first time renting from U-Haul and I am still disappointed with the equipment. The last time I rented from a different location, the truck had faulty breaks and was dangerous to drive. The truck I rented from this location has a broken seat adjustment handle so the ride was less than comfortable, and the rear differential howled the entire time. I was told that this truck was for local use only, so the condition was acceptable. In my opinion, it does not matter if the truck is being driven just 10 miles or 200 miles, it should be in good condition.

manuelito CThis has single handedly been the worst experience I've ever had with Any company ever. The online order is almost unusable as it does not account for inventory at the locations corrected. This caused me to have to completely cancel my reservation or be forsed to pick up equipment over an hour away. The following weekend I changed some reservations to avoid that but still the order had to be changed the day before so the truck i rented was 10 instead of 15 feet. This caused me to need to make multiple trips..this added milage which cost me over $100 additional. I will not only be er again use U-Haul I will work to ensure no one ever does and actively campaign to prevent others from using it as well.

Ben SHave the proper equipment that the customer orders and if you change it, make sure the other location actually has the equipment. The Airway heights location guys did well but the online was putting me in vehicles that were not there.
Sean DI will be contacting the main U-haul office today. The first U-haul truck was suppose to be 10 feet and was changed the day before to 15 feet by U-haul. That truck was picked up at Spokane and half way to Blanchard, Idaho the engine light came on. We spent the next morning, using two hours of our time, calling four different numbers including road side assist finally finding someone who could help. They arranged for another U-haul to be reserved for us to pick-up in Spokane, over an hour out of our planned route to head back to California. We were on a tight time schedule and were not able to accomplish what we need to do in Blanchard.....including spreading my veteran's brother's ashes!!! We went back to Spokane and arrived at that dealer who had no information regarding a reserved exchanged vehicle for us. My son had to purchase another rental at a cost of over $700.00 dollars (the original rental purchase by me was $650.00). Now we have $1,350.00 dollars in U-haul rentals at no fault to ourselves. The second truck had a large gap at the top of the driver's door that created a loud wind tunnel when driving. My son mitigated most of the problem with black tape and plastic wrap. The, towards the end of the mourning, the battery was running down and we had a slow cranking on start-up. We were lucking that the starter. was able to crank the engine.

Robin MVery complicated picking up the truck. Associate was helping by checking my phone for reservation and not only accidentally canceled my reservation, he also went into my email without consent and opened my internet tabs. Bringing the truck back was also a hassle.
SARAH PKind of ridiculous that I had to download the U-Haul app on-site to check in myself. My phone was running out of battery and that woulda been a real issue had I not been able to complete the process myself. The employees said they couldn’t just check me in—that I had to do it myself. Just silly!! Employees were very friendly and accommodating besides that though. They seemed apologetic about the self-checkin process. Also I was 5 miles over my mileage limit but was not charged extra—which I really appreciated!
bill rVery friendly and helpful. My mobile app would not work as it would never find location even though all settings were correct to allow location access. Gentleman took care of it on his tablet and cell phone and was very knowledgeable. He inspected equipment and found more gas, cleaner front and rear than when we picked it up in Montrose! Overall good experience with U-Haul and equipment worked flawlessly.
