The gentleman at the counter greeted me as I walked in. He was friendly and ready to help. I was literally finished up and at the truck in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely do business there again.

ROBERT GThis is not my first time renting from U-Haul and I am still disappointed with the equipment. The last time I rented from a different location, the truck had faulty breaks and was dangerous to drive. The truck I rented from this location has a broken seat adjustment handle so the ride was less than comfortable, and the rear differential howled the entire time. I was told that this truck was for local use only, so the condition was acceptable. In my opinion, it does not matter if the truck is being driven just 10 miles or 200 miles, it should be in good condition.
