Hello! I believe i was overcharged 1 day rental on the 5 x 9 trailer. I said i may possibly need it for 2 days but after seeing my Visa bill it looks like i was charged for 3. We had to go to another town to pick up and drop off our trailer. It was not convenient since there is a Uhaul location in our town. There was no discount given for this. We had to sweep out the trailer as it was not clean when picked up however we swept it out after use. Pick up process was very time consuming. Despite all of this, the trailer suited us very well for our camping needs. No problem with the trailer function itself.Patricia D.

the location manager was super friendly and helped me get my online truck picked up. he even helped me with location to where to get cheap gas. He went above and beyond helping me that was the only good part of this uhaul rental the truck is a piece of shit, it wanders all over the road, it sucks fuel like a rocket ship and there is so much damage to this truck it is hard to keep track of. when i dropped it off in kapuskasing they asked about damage to the front passenger side. you can tell by looking at it that it was damaged a long time ago by the pain peeling and even looks like it was spray painted you guys loaned out my truck i originally needed the day before even though i reserved it 2 months ago. i ahd to go all the way to hagersville to pick up a piece of junk if you guys even attempt to charge me for damage that was there before i will sue your asses i am a licenced auto mechanic and know vehicles better then all of you combined. you cannot charge me for damage from a previous shitty repair you were the worst part of my move and raised my stress level beyond acceptable limits the only good part about this retal was from the guy that i picked up the truck from not impressed do not charge me or i will fucking sue youcam B.

This is not my original pick up location. What really upsets us is that, one day before the pick up day, the U-Haul changed our reservation by telling us no truck was available and asked us to go somewhere else to pick up a truck. We reserved the truck on April 10, 20 days before the pick up day, and we do not know what really happened. Luckily the U-Haul did partial compensation but not all. The service in new pick up location was good, but the whole event was very upsetting.shaoming S.
When calling in a reservation, staff should let the customer know that you must check in online and do a lock box pick up at this location. I had to call your main number when I showed up and had no idea how to get my vehicle.john W.
AS EXPECTED THERE WAS NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION FOR DROP-OFF, SINCE HIS MAIN BUSINESS IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED. NOT SURE WHO IS TO BLAME BUT WHEN I RECEIVED MY CONTRACT BILL AFTER DROP-OFF, VIA E-MAIL, THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL DAY OF RENTAL ADDED ON??? NOW HAVE TO WAIT TO BE REIMBURSED FOR U-HAULS MISTAKE. Mark had some trouble with the new software, but resolved the issue by calling somebody and getting into the contract software through a back door. He helped us hook it up, and we were perfectly satisfied with his service. Will use him again when we need to rent a U-haul trailer.craig F.

The location and management at the location were fine. The biggest disappointment was in the time taken to get the rental contract ready (over 1 hour)! A new computer system was just implemented which was not working properly and even calls to U-Haul tech support could not come up with solution! This delayed our whole day while people waited who were helping with the move! A very unsatisfactory experience due to the corporate screw up, causing the local owner much frustration and anxiety as well!John S.

I was very disappointed by my expirence with u-haul. I had booked a truck for Friday to pick it up at noon, but because the moving helpers were overbooked I had to change my reservation. I called u-haul to do this and had to wait on hold for 15+ minutes to speak with someone. Got the truck reservation changed for Saturday at 8 am. So Saturday I go to pick up the truck at 8. When I arrive the truck is not ready at all. It was in a parking lot down the street, completely covered in snow and ice. So after a great long time getting the contracts because the computers weren't working well, we walk in the cold down the street to wait for the truck to be cleaned off. After 10 minutes it's clean but the back is frozen shut, so we have to drive back to the shop to get it unstuck. So we do this, it's now 20 after 8 and still not in a truck. Finally we get the keys and are in the truck. At this point my dad who was driving the truck asks the dealer to clean the window better because there was still quite a bit of ice on it. The man began to get very short with my dad and being rude about my dads very legitimate requests. The windows and mirrors are frozen too so my dad asked help move the mirrors. At this point the man started to get angry and making a big deal about how he had â€œthings to doâ€. Finally at 8:45 we finally leave in the truck. So was not happy with the pick up experience. Then the truck itself was not well maintained. The brakes were not good at all and it was significantly out of alignment. We got thru the move but upon returning the truck the online system wasn't working so I wasn't able to do that. Overall I really expected more from u-haul and would not recommend and won't be using again.Alyssa H.
