Wiring was loose and did not work he said it was my SUV problem when I went over and connected the loose plug it worked.

Andrew WMark was fantastic will definitely rent a truck again. Very helpful and explains everything so not surprises. At Uhaul Head Office running boards would help as needed a step stool to get in and out glad I anticipated. Good value and ramp and truck height is perfect. Dal CHadn't rented a uhaul in about 15 yrs. I wasn't prepared for the new online automated system. The owners of A1 All Vehicle Detail were very patient and kind. Service was excellent. The vehicle was cleanest I had ever seen for uhaul. The uhaul had more than enough space than I needed. It was a pretty smooth drive. I would recommend to a friend for sure.
