David COnly thing I had trouble with was the app froze on the last step of the check out process and I had to call to confirm it was complete.
Daniel SI ordered a trailer that was 15 minutes from my house. The day before pick up.I was told that but I could not pick it up from my preferred location and I had to drive almost one hour (each way) to a location in Hagersville. I was not impressed. I had such a long drive back-and-forth for the trailer when we were trying to get ready to pack for our cottage. In addition, I received a phone call saying that my preferred drop off location in Peterborough was now not available and I had to take it somewhere else and what I might. What I might? This entire rental was ridiculous and yes, I did but what choice did I have?
