Nicole SThe clerk at the gas station market serviced the reservation in a professional and friendly manner. However, she didn't know anything trailer hook up and no one was present to help with that. The clerk had to call her husband who kindly drove over to assist lifting the heavy tong onto my ball. With several other options in town, I will not rent anything there again.

LELAND MIt was very convenient from where we were staying. It is part of a gas station and not a dedicated UHaul location. For that reason it was not real attractive. But the woman at the desk was helpful. Unfortunately we had the axel platform lock in a not centered position and she was unsure how to handle it.

KAYLA CI have only rented blankets at this location and other than a couple dirty blankets this last time, they have always been clean and ready for use on fine furniture and other items requiring protection. I’ll be taking my business there next time..

Balwant SSo I rented a20 ft truck picked up on Saturday @10:15 approximately returned on Monday before noon which is what the app told me because I was an hour and 45 minutes later then I picked it up they charged me for a3rd day no one ever said it needed to be brought back before 10:15 the lady said yeah it should have been adjusted when you picked up but wouldn’t change anything when I dropped off very disappointed
