gas tank was almost completely empty. had to fuel it ourselves, then were not reimbursed for returning it with fuel, despite being told we would be. filed a dispute, no one responded to us. invoice of charges was extremely hard to understand. had to call customer service to understand it.Kyle K.

I was not sent any confirmation of location, so Uhaul sent me to another location first, which was frustrating. Luckily the transferred location was nearby and I didn't have any issues there, but it still delayed me by about 25 minutes.Katherine Q.

There were no moving blankets available at this location or any location near there. I had to drive 40 mins out of the way to get blankets and that person was not able to connect them to my reservation due to the system not working. I ended up bringing the blankets back to that out of the way location. This is the first time I have run into this blanket problem, but must say it was very inconvenient.Brit F.

My father had purchased a gift certificate for me and when I went on line and calculated the miles, insurance, truck rental and totaled the estimated bill did not include all the taxes or extra charges, so my gift certificate was not enough to cover. I will not ever use a certificate again . The website gloats about how convenient it is to help friends and family move, for me it did not help. Thank goodness my parents were home to take the call to approve all the extra charges. I hope you can credit my dad the 12.00 dollars, thank you.Gina M.
The dollies that I requested were not in it when I got it and when I returned it there was no record that I never received them and it was a huge hassle!!!!!Britt S.
Brendan, who works at the storage building proper, was a life-saver when the app failed to work well and also gave me mis-information about where the key was. He was also super helpful and friendly when I got all the way back to my place and realized that neither the blankets nor the dolly which I reserved (and were on my bill) were with the truck. He was really easy to work with on the phone and in person. I would have had an awful U-haul experience (that app is all but useless) without him!Caitlin B.
Brendan was very friendly. This place had no where to even park the truck. This facility was totally out of my way and added an extra 15 miles (which I had to pay for) to my trip just to turn it in.April G.

Friendly and capable service. The location on Foster has very poor service! I had a reservation there for Wednesday @ 730 and the attendant informed me no locations in Oregon or Washington accept debit cards or cash for truck or van rentals any longer. I cancelled due to no other way to pay until Thursday with a major credit card!Patricia B.
The girl working at the counter was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated her calling to confirm my rental since it was snowy. I would definitely recommend this rental location and use it myself in the future.Michael G.

The service was insanely slow and unfriendly. I was second in line and waited 20 minutes to be helped. I wasn't acknowledged at all or given any idea how long I might have to wait during that time, so I finally interrupted them and asked if I might just pick up my truck keys and leave since I'd arranged everything over the phone. It was a good thing I did that because I found out he was in the process of renting the guy my truck! If he wasn't so slow I would have been completely out of luck. He stopped helping the guy in front of me and started helping me (which I felt kind of bad about). After 15 more minutes of typing at the computer and not acknowledging us, I was able to get my keys and leave. I don't think he did the usual truck checklist with me which seemed odd too. Overall a pretty weird and frustrating customer service experience, and I won't be using this location again.jordan R.
