From the location I have nothing to complain about, I only have a complaint about the application system that canceled my schedule the day before, delaying my move to 6 ½ hours after my schedule and thus making me have to book in another city so I won't be late anymore still my change.

The only thing I was upset about was I ordered a dolly to be with the uhaul and got charged for it and it was not there and I asked to be reimbursed for it and never did

The price of a rental was fine... but adding 99 cents/mile was ridiculous.. it ended up costing me almost $100.. well overpriced.

Your dealer needs to understand the equipment being rented. Only when I turned in trailer, the gentleman informed me that I should not have used the trailer because of previous major damage that as a customer I was unaware of!

The 24/7 truck share process is a neat idea but takes to long to process. Took over half an hour get the truck.

I did mobile check in so I could get it before the place opened and we'll needless to say that was a total fail all the uhaul stuff was snow plowed in covered in snow and no one around to help I was Stuck in the parking lot for another hour till they opened cleaned off the truck got out a tracker to push it out of the spot it m was stuck in and then I was still forced to stop at my home get my roof rake and clean the roof off myself making me incredibly late for where I needed to be and no it didn't snow over night it did the previous morning. People were friendly but that just wasn't enough in my opinion....

The only issue I have is that when I went to return the truck, my app on my phone wouldn't recognize my location. I have to call to get a refund because they charged me $20. I don't need “another thing to do” while in the middle of moving. But, the woman who works at the desk at the location was super helpful and a real hoot!

I purposely scheduled a pick up 10 mins from my house a month before I needed the truck. I was confirmed the day before pick up that I had to go an HOUR out if my way. Do that's two hours wasted. Never mind that I had to wait for store to open at 9:00 when I already scheduled for the 24/7. I called and spoke to customer service and they were not pleasant especially a certain one. I would NOT recommend uhaul to anyone!! For the $526 that I paid I was NOT happy with the service.

I was charged for an additional day twice and now I'm having an incredible difficult time getting in touch with customer service to resolve this issue.....meanwhile you're just going ahead and charging my credit card. I'm very upset. I will NEVER use uhaul again if this isn't resolved.

Was over charged for dolly and moving pads. Also I declined Safe Move at pick up but was charged anyway. Finally truck seat belt chime won't go off even with belt fastened. Very Frustrating ??

Very good site person. He understood process and was extremely helpful. We explained damage was not caused by us. He checked with his manager about the procedure. He was efficient and we were out in a very timely manner with no hassles.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to use uhaul. They rent me a new van for $285 and it broke down 40 min from my first destination at 11:30pm and I had to wait 1.5 hrs for someone to come and tell me they don't know how to fix the van and asked me if I was going to sleep out in the middle of the highway then left. Then I didn't get anyone until 4:15 am to come and tow me and the van. It has been over a week since this rental and I still can't get in touch with them. THANKS FOR NOTHING UHAUL!!!!

The running lights did not work on the trailer. It was the trailer and not my SUV hook up. I had to worry about safety traveling during the night. Undue stress for me. Other than this the trailer was clean and easy to use.

Not sure who's fault it was but my original location was in Sturbridge, I was supposed to have a 20ft truck. I was called at 0730 the day of the move, and told my truck was no longer available, and I now had to have a 26ft truck at a different pick up location. while the Brookfield location was friendly, easy to work with and accommodating. I thought it was unprofessional of uhaul to not have my truck available when I confirmed it not 24 hours prior. I did appreciate that they found a quick replacement, but it was so large of a truck I had trouble driving it. My stuff also had to be tied off so it didn't shift with all the extra space.

I was charged multiple times for the uhaul and refunded but there holding the money and im locked out of my bank account because of the constant withdrawals from my acount I obviously just moved and need my account to purchase groceries im beyond mad and will never rent from uhaul again !!! The place i rented from was great and the people were awesome and kind to bad uhaul corporation isnt the same
