Re: the UHaul app. I rent a truck the first week of each month for my food pantries pickup from the county foodbank. Same rental, the last 5 months. It always takes longer than I think it should to get my keys. I don’t understand why I have to enter a ton of stuff in the rental app and then the people inside have to enter MORE stuff. Seems duplicative. They do it mostly cheerfully, but the whole point of an app is that the renter does it and then the rental agent just looks it over. Please simplify the process, particularly for repeat renters. It is wasting both renter and rental agent time.
