Service was perfect no need to change anything
We never got the final bill. Up to that point we had so many text and email notifications they really kept us informed.
It was a lot of work and time doing the self check in with all the photos and instructions.
Uhaul corporate line hung up on me 3 times
From the location I have nothing to complain about, I only have a complaint about the application system that canceled my schedule the day before, delaying my move to 6 Â½ hours after my schedule and thus making me have to book in another city so I won't be late anymore still my change.
The only thing I was upset about was I ordered a dolly to be with the uhaul and got charged for it and it was not there and I asked to be reimbursed for it and never did
drop location not clearly marked. had to ask for help to unhitch.
The price of a rental was fine... but adding 99 cents/mile was ridiculous.. it ended up costing me almost $100.. well overpriced.
Your dealer needs to understand the equipment being rented. Only when I turned in trailer, the gentleman informed me that I should not have used the trailer because of previous major damage that as a customer I was unaware of!

The 24/7 truck share process is a neat idea but takes to long to process. Took over half an hour get the truck.
I did mobile check in so I could get it before the place opened and we'll needless to say that was a total fail all the uhaul stuff was snow plowed in covered in snow and no one around to help I was Stuck in the parking lot for another hour till they opened cleaned off the truck got out a tracker to push it out of the spot it m was stuck in and then I was still forced to stop at my home get my roof rake and clean the roof off myself making me incredibly late for where I needed to be and no it didn't snow over night it did the previous morning. People were friendly but that just wasn't enough in my opinion....
The only issue I have is that when I went to return the truck, my app on my phone wouldn't recognize my location. I have to call to get a refund because they charged me $20. I don't need â€œanother thing to doâ€ while in the middle of moving. But, the woman who works at the desk at the location was super helpful and a real hoot!
Uhaul App lagged during photo upload and required 3 attempts to drop off truck.
Please update your inventory records to reflect accurate inventory.... You could also do a better job at customer service (Chicopee, MA location)
I purposely scheduled a pick up 10 mins from my house a month before I needed the truck. I was confirmed the day before pick up that I had to go an HOUR out if my way. Do that's two hours wasted. Never mind that I had to wait for store to open at 9:00 when I already scheduled for the 24/7. I called and spoke to customer service and they were not pleasant especially a certain one. I would NOT recommend uhaul to anyone!! For the $526 that I paid I was NOT happy with the service.
I needed to call to change my reservation and was on hold for 18 minutes.
I will not be recommending uhaul as a service to use overall due to inaccurate advertising of cost.

Get the Phone Application to work properly. Phone app would not allow me to "pick up" the truck.
I was charged for an additional day twice and now I'm having an incredible difficult time getting in touch with customer service to resolve this issue.....meanwhile you're just going ahead and charging my credit card. I'm very upset. I will NEVER use uhaul again if this isn't resolved.
Don't charge people for shit they didn't ask for or use.
