The guy at this location the night I dropped it off was very rude. After I was done taking my pictures online he came outside and asked if I could move the truck and back it in. I told him I couldn’t move it after taking the pictures and I couldn’t back it in on such a busy highway. He started laughing and said what a joke. Then walked away. Incredibly rude. Also the movers I hired through U-Haul never showed up and I keep asking for a refund but I’m getting no responses or answers.
