This was not my regional location to pick up the trailer. I was called the day before and told that I either had to pick up the trailer here or my order would be canceled. This was very frustrating and I will take long and hard before using U-Haul in the future.the Trailer had brought Ken glass, lite bulbs in it! The trailer latch was not easy to use

The guy at this location the night I dropped it off was very rude. After I was done taking my pictures online he came outside and asked if I could move the truck and back it in. I told him I couldn’t move it after taking the pictures and I couldn’t back it in on such a busy highway. He started laughing and said what a joke. Then walked away. Incredibly rude. Also the movers I hired through U-Haul never showed up and I keep asking for a refund but I’m getting no responses or answers.
Jessica EI did all the work to check in the truck. Never had contact with personnel.
JEFFREY KI really like this location and it was very easy to rent . Definitely will be back if the time comes to rent a U-Haul again!
