The young man who checked me in was wonderful.. Keep in mind I brought the truck back at a bad time . It was a Sunday evening and it was the only one open...so for that they deserve a lot of credit!

I waited 2 hours for the man to show up for my 1pm reservation!

U-Haul knowledgeable people were not at this location which required the cashier to call someone and that person called Lori with U-Haul who in turn called my mobile. I then had to put the cashier on my phone with Lori to complete the release of the rental. This took over 30 minutes.
