Location was unsafe, boarded and barred building with plywood signs. Person urinating in the parking lot. Multiple people loitering in the parking lot. Employee took key and didn’t check in vehicle for 2 days creating inaccurate charges for additional days and had to spend time making multiple calls trying to work it out. Was still charged for additional mileage when I drove exactly location to location.

I had difficulty finding the location. It is a store front location that provides drop-off services for U-Haul. The name is NOT A2Z Grocery. It’s a different name. The address on the building is 2318, not 2320. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating. She was not responsible for the service, her brother is, so we had to wait for her to contact him over the phone to close out our services. I chunked it up as an experience.

Tyler DThe owner at reservation was not prepared, organized, or friendly. I purchased to rent a dolly that wasn’t even available on site which was a huge inconvenience. When I first got to the truck, I arrived late and yet the manager still was saying he didn’t see my reservation and advised me to find another one. The customer service was trash and overall, I just will not rent from this location again.
