MONICA AHomeless people sleeping in units even though it’s against the policy. The units are shabby and the property is poorly maintained. Drug addicts hang out here all day and get high in front of their units. Manager watched me move out of my unit before my due date, but still sent me text and emails about how I owed them late fees. I had to call the office 3 times before they finally removed me from their system.
NICOLAS D | Overall ExperienceWhen I showed up to the property which is tiny and needs more or a sign. The u haul was just off the highway patrol or auction lot because it still had all the writings on the windows. The instructions on the phone were NOT HOW THEY DO IT I was looking for a lock box under the number as stated but first off was weird because the back door was already locked with a pad. So I assumed it's in there? But how to get in so I call the PERSON who runs the tiny shop. And they said they should send me a pass code for the padlock.. which NO the mobile says a box under the bumper. She said what's the code I said I have no clue obviously thats why I'm calling so ten minutes of her asking and me responding over and over it says lock box 8 is unlock... There is no damn lock box. She came out.. to open it. So I was looking and waiting for 25 minutes. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Rosa CStarted out having to pick-up my unit at a diferente location but the delay did not cost me so the trip and overall process worked well.
ANTHONY PI showed up 8 minutes early to have to wait outside because the lady was on lunch. She proceeded to point at the gate and tell me that’s where I need to drop off the key. I drop off the equipment and try and put the key in the box and it doesn’t fit. Allegedly she claims that she showed me a brown box, I didn’t realizing pointing to a general area was showing somebody a box that is not labeled for U-Haul Keys. The keys ended up missing. I took a picture of my drop off of the key kinda in the box that they wouldn’t fit in and my phone was at 1% so I couldn’t do a proper check in and that is my fault for the improper check in. Regardless she calls me the next moringing and claims I went back and took the keys - and proceeds to ask me if I’m wearing a hat I tell her no I had on a blue shirt and black pants. This issue is not resolved and I was charged over 100 more dollars for mileage and a “additional day” even though I dropped off my rental early. Overall I will not be utilizing U-Haul services again I will use budget instead. I have highly dissatisfied by all of the issues due to the negligence of the sales agent at a hole-in-the-wall storage facility/truck rental. I am not looking forward to the process fighting for my money back as my time stamped photos show a early drop off.

ISAAC MThere's two U-Haul rentals the side by side two different businesses on the same side of the street it was very confusing. The fact that Triple A Storage and U-Haul is in this tiny little building. That's definitely a third party. Then right next to it you have an old Kmart that's turned into inside storage and it's a giant U-Haul rental building attached to it. That one was clean AAA I think they live there.

She will do everything she can to make sure you have everything you need to make sure that your move goes very smoothly. if I was able to rate this company a 20 I would give them a 20+. Yadira has very good customer service skills and I wish there was a lot more people like her in the world. Keep that same energy yadira and hope to still see you at this same location in the future and I will sure enough refere my friends and family to the AAA uhaul company you guys is awesome. Thanks again AAA uhaul for understanding me. I do apologize for the last review but I didn't know how the deposit situation works I thought it was suppose to hit my card that same day but you guys taught me something new thanks and once again you guys are amazing so don't be upset with yadira because she did everything write and she is an awesome team player

PAMELA S | Overall ExperienceWhen I pulled up to turn truck in, nobody was outside as sign stated to wait until someone came out. After waiting, I decided to pull truck into guest parking spot (10 foot truck fit perfectly) and went ahead with online turn-in. At near completion if this, taking second to last photo, gentlemen yelled at me to stop and bring truck around to turn in section. I continued to check in through self check in which is clearly an option at this location in Las Vegas. After taking final picture of where truck was parked immediately in front of building and turn-in area, same character develops an unprofessional attitude claiming that I’m trying to get him fired by not allowing him to check me in. Either remove the self check-in feature from this location or the manager of this site needs to train employees more effectively in how to engage customers who are only using the functions promoted to begin with by the same company this employee is employed by. As I walked away, employee grew an attitude making remarks about me as a customer of the company. Worst engagement of a UHaul employee I’ve ever had.

We were not made aware prior to pickup of the documentation required for proof of identity. We were denied pickup, had to go through the self-service steps multiple times, and call the 888 phone number for assistance. The entire process took us approximately 40 minutes which was wasted time while we had hired help standing around doing nothing but waiting for us to bring the moving truck.

We had moved out last month and they just took another months rent without our permission for one, and we're out a month ago. We are demanding they give us back our money back. Be careful, because even when you leave they will try to keep taking out money from your account .

Alana LMy experience with AAA storage has been nothing less than traumatizing. I'm a palled with staff behavior and actions and I'm failing to comprehend how These people are allowed to be in business. I've been harassed As well as having had a police called on me 3 times. I'm a 37 year old female and Currently starting my own business. On my initial entry I was charged $270 for three weeks instead One month. Having failed to notice when I went to my unit two days before I was going to move, I was told I couldn't be on property and they came with locking hand ready to lock me out of the unit. I refuse to leave since I had to prep all my equipment for transport. I tried to pay so I can be up-to-date and allowed to get everything ready and Refuse to my payment. When the cops arrived I pulled out a few $100 dollar bills wallet and explained I'm trying to pay the difference in balance and for the following day and they just want to lock me out, He couldn't do much since it was a civil matter but was nice enough to talk to them And was get me five hours to move all my belongings and equipment. At that time I was made aware: by law they could lock me out and take all my property And the only recourse I have To take them to civil court. Since it was their business and they could just say I was trespassing, And that I should be "grateful" they're giving me five hours to get out. was shocked by that statement nevertheless now I have five hours to move heavy commercial Xerox scanners and printers along with Other sensitive office equipment. Instead of moving them properly as plants I was forced to move them on trailers not meant nor Equipped for the transport which unfortunately resulted in all my equipment being damaged and a few of the bigger more expensive items have severe irreparable damage. Instead of $2000 price tag they had now I get to sell them for parts. Things had to be left behind as well, because Unfortunately exceeded my five hours and as I went into the 6th Again I was accosted And made aware that I was supposed to have left an hour ago. Since I was made clear that it would be trespassing I was left with the option of throwing everything on the trailer things behind or be arrested. I could not take everything and I had to leave it a mess ( which is something I would never do)! I had over $6000 in damage because of AAA and its management. it's sad because there was no need for that, It was completely uncalled for in my opinion. But It goes to show the type of business that's being run in the daytime and At night it's a completely different business as well. In this business they hire and exploit the neighborhood kids. Especially Ones who are clearly mentally deficient and are easy to direct get over on and throw into the fire to point the finger at if things go wrong ( no one would question it) Not only do they use people in this state they could care less what happens to them or how Their actions impact these kids &their well being. To be clear when I say kids im referring to mental state because Even though technically an adult by age having Gone to the store across the street one day I handed him my card and asked him to pay. As I watch attempt to pay for a few items with my card I realize they had no concept of how a debit card even worked. I then ask him about it and find out l that At age 30 it was the first time that he had ever paid for anything with a card and did not know how it worked. So I spent the next explaining the ins and out Including the mechanics of cash back. This kid was messed with so bad that to this day he's locked up At facility treatment That I personally took him to because his state of mine had deteriorated so badly due to all the stress of what was going on at AAA. In my opinion AAA storage should be treated like a pedophile on a watch list, And should be avoided at all costs!! In less than one month, my stay at AAA cost me $6000 in property damage and overnight trip to a mental healthcare facility, 20+ sleepless nights and days full of frustration, anxiety and tears. I wish I could say this was a gift by AAA and staff but unfortunately I can't even say that because The truth is had the privilege of paying $270 for all of this. Not saying that everyone will have a similar experience, as a matter of fact I wish no one Ever go through what I went through. But unfortunately there are other people with their own horror stories of their experience at AAA and I would be doing a disservice to the public if I didn't share mine. It feels like a lawless place with little recourse & since the Business is allowed make their own rules technically they have the right to do whatever they want to do. That level freedom and zero integrity or humanity (even towards the handicap) that can cause a lot of issues so please be aware when using AAA where anything is possible!

TESHA EI waited close to 2 hours to get in the truck and was not given any break for doing so, however if I was late 2 hours I would be charged a fine. I have been a loyal customer to Uhaul for many years, but I guess loyalty only works one way.
Charbel EI made a reservation for pickup at 10 for 4 hours arrived one clerk who didn’t know what he was doing waited 2 hours truck had no gas bearly made it to the gas station he did however give us 10 $ to make it up the street however called 800 UHaul and the rep helped me she was understanding and very helpful. If I have to use this location again I will go to another company
Beverly Wsome things cannot be improved such as "gas economy good?" was poor and supposed to save and apparently gas guage was marked as full it was about 5-6 gallos shy of that found when refiling!! so double cheating occured

I HAD TO SIT THERE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR BECAUSE YOUR GUYS COMPUTER PROGRAM WOULD NOT APPROVE MY TRUCK FOR THE TRAILER AND LOAD. MY TRUCK IS A 2012 DODGE RAM 1500 WHICH HAD PLENTY OF TONGUE RATING TO PULL THE LOAD. I WILL PROBABLY NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN IF I HAVE ANOTHER AVAILABLE CHOICE.
