Really poor customer experience being able to reserve a piece of equipment (utility dolly), and be called the day of/day before to tell me it will not be available. Your service is usually very time-sensitive, and I didn't have the ability to adjust with this last-minute update.

ROBERT ACustomer service was top notch!!! Incredibly helpful and a super convenient location with an easy to navigate parking lot. The equipment was less that desirable, old with a lot of miles and vehicle died twice on me during low speed maneuvering.

erin mHonor reservations for trucks when they are made? Or give your customers a heads up BEFORE we arrive to pick up a rental that the truck we reserved is not available? Surprises on moving days when customers arrive to find no vehicle available is not acceptable. No more U-Haul rentals for us!

JAMES DAAA Storage has taken excellent care of us over the last 2 years. When we moved to the area, we rented a unit with them and returned our first truck to this location. We kept the unit until it was time to move again, and reserving another truck with them was a seamless process. Thanks so much!

David FThe day before my scheduled pick up, I decided I probably should have reserved a 20 foot truck rather than the 15 and called to see if an upgrade was possible. Sadly, no, there wasn’t a 20 footer in the yard. Then, wonderfully, an hour before I was to be there, a 20 footer got dropped off and AAA called me with the good news. She was fantastic - helpful, considerate and pleasant. The whole experience was exactly what I wanted it to be.
