It was an old truck. Seats were tattered a bit (still usable though) and the lock was hard to get open (might need to be changed). Overall the truck did the job and drove well. The location is awesome. Super clean office area and staff was helpful and friendly.

Mark KVery polite and willing to ensure my questions were answered and even tried to help fix what has definitely turned me away from ever using U-Haul again, mandatory 2 day rental charges on a one way rental when I only needed the truck to move one trip of 100 miles that can easily be done in a one day span. They were told this requirement come from corporate office and can not be changed. How can you charge someone a mandatory 2 days when they only need something for 1 day. Never again will this happen to me because I will never use or recommend U-Haul to anyone!
