Ordered equipment to move and it wasn't left in the truck. So I had to drive from my home to a completely different location 10 miles away and they charge by the mile for rentals so I paid for 20 miles of extra fuel to get equipment that was supposed to be in the truck but wasn't. Mikes towing was nice but I do not a will not recommend self service. If anything is wrong at all it seems like you have to pay for it even if it is a mistake they made by not leaving equipment that you pay for.

Person renting the truck and dollies was awesome! VERY FRIENDLY! But....Tow dolly straps were frayed and too short to tow my vehicle. I had to leave my vehicle behind. Also, I drove at night. The driver's side headlight was out. I drove on numerous interstates with only one headlight. I advised the drop off location of these problems.

From the time of the rental pickup until the return; Amanda Hancock was extremely professional! She made sure that she answered all of my questions, was patient with me, and made sure I had the best UHAUL experience possible!

Only one of 4 tires had proper air pressure. (65psi) other three were 40, 20 and 4! Desk personnel drove away while I hooked up. I have plenty of trailering experience and tools, so I was able to handle the situation quickly on my own, but at least 2 tires would have blown if an inexperienced person has rented the car hauler.

No one was available during open hours to assist with drop off (there was a sign stating they had an emergency and had to leave). This was still ok since we could use the app to drop off but we had rented a large enough trailer that was not reasonable to unhook from the truck without assistance. It was too heavy.

Was charged for blankets I did not receive. Transmission on truck would not shift out, and air bag light was on the entire time I had truck.

Honor the quote given by phone, and access the info given by phone ahead of time so as to not waste time having to give all the information all over again once someone finally shows in the office for pickup .

I was charged $40 for an extra because we were unable to return to truck by 2pm Thursday. So we returned to the facilities at 8pm Thursday. I was unbeknownst to me charged a coverage fee of $15 and an after hour service fee $25 Although, when I called to see if I could receive an explanation no one would answer the phone. We returned the vehicle with 70+ less miles then when we booked explained that unused miles would come with reimbursement. They were extremely quick to charge my card with no phone call for explanation but not to help us get reimbursed for the unused miles. I can’t say much more because as I stated they are avoiding the phone. (During business hours I must add according to Google they are open 8:30-5 Thurs-Sat) I would like a phone call from uhaul to please help. Thank you

No problems, my estimation was almost exact with the miles, so I'm actually going to get reimbursed a little. Daily, in town rates are amazing.

It was very easy to get in and get out of the U-Haul office which was so important to have more time moving... instead of ret tape during the rental process.

The tongues of the trailers should be propped up. The tongue of a 6×12 trailer was heavy, and the tires were in mud, so it was not able to turn easily. I spent 35 minutes in the pouring rain, trying to hook the trailer up, whereas had the tounge been propped up, it could have been don in 5 minutes.

The trailer has chunks of styrofoam in it. Also the enclosed trailer leaked from the top soaking my sofa. The only reason I rented an enclosed trailer was to keep the sofa dry.

Absolutely appreciate help extending the life of my rental. It was a turn around place where nothing had time to be cleaned, trailer had a flat, put me behind. The people were great; the equipment not so much

This is an exceptional storage facility. My furniture was in storage for 8 months. I had no damage what so ever. I recommend this facility. The staff is so pleasant. They give courtesy calls.... Amy you rock!!!. I appreciate you so much!
