Not only did the original location not have my truck but I had to go somewhere else to pick it up and then I could not do the pickup via the app because there was an issue. I then reported that the gas was not at the level recorded and an agent said they would update it but when I returned the vehicle I was charged a fuel charge even though I brought it back with more fuel than I received it with. Now I have to wait 3 days for you to resolve this issue not a good experience at all.
