Uhaul as a whole needs to do better. I was unable to pick up the equipment until 1pm because the customer that brought it back was late. My reservation time was 11:15 am. While I was waiting for the truck to be returned my reservation got canceled. I received a call from another representative stating that I could got to another location to pick up another truck. The truck had a lot of mud in the inside and I was charged for it. The representative there said she would make a note in the comments about the mud, but failed to do so. I dropped the truck off in Fort Walton Beach, FL on Saturday representative didn't check it in until Sunday. He didn't bother to come look at it he just gave me the thumbs up. I had to call Uhaul multiple times in order to get this truck check in which is ridiculous. I will never rent from Uhaul again and that is a promise.
