Uhaul indicated that the office was open until 5:30. I arrived at 4:30 and found another customer waiting who advised that the office was closed. Ended up completing mobile dropoff as best I could and I hope that there will be no additional charges added on as it was done to the best of my ability with no staff present.

Staff jackknifed trailer while putting it away. Refused requests to use trailer dolly in very tight spaces. Truck inside had cigarette ash when picked up.

Check engine light was on when we received our truck. The folks at the location are not to blame for that. We also received a 20 foot instead of the 26 foot we had ordered and were told over the phone that it was close to the same size which is ridiculous. U-haul is one of the worse companies to deal with.

Such a great experience dropping the truck at this location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The 15ft truck that we rented ended up not starting and had no power becuase the leads from the battery were ratty and had a bunch of electical tape around it. We had to jiggle the leads just to get truck running. This should have not happen as proper maintenance and repairs is needed to avoid inconveniences like mine.

Rachel was absolutely amazing! U-Haul payment process definitely was awful though. You need to change the payment process to being able to use debit cards and or visa debit. Rachel went over and above to make everything workout smoothly.

The lady (I unfortunately forget her name) who assisted us with our booking was absolutely splendid, funny to deal with and had an amazing attitude that was also efficient! Huge shout out to her for making my trailer pickup amazing!!!! Look forward to returning in the future.

Uhaul needs to overhaul their entire customer service and policies. There were too many issues from locating a truck to service and support issues along the way. The only 5-star part was Roadside Assistance. I will never use Uhaul again for a long distance move.

I went to ABLP Logistics last minute to rent a truck for a few hours so that I might be able to pick up a purchase and take to my house. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was on my way in short time and completed my task without any frustration. In my opinion, there is nothing that needs to be done to improve the service. When I need a truck in the future, I will definitely return and deal with ABLP Logistics because of the stress free, helpful and expedient service. My thanks and kudos to ABLP Logistics.Give yourselves a well earned pat on the back

No hitches available to buy or rent so I had to drive down the road and buy a hitch. I was told I would get $10 back upon return but when I arrived back at 630 no one was there to issue a refund. One of the ladies there also was grumpy about the fact that I arrived 30 min late to pick it up as I had to get the hitch (she was not in office the first time I arrived and found out there was no available hitches for the trailer). Would not recommend this location as I've had way better service from others.

Be careful with these people check before you leave from inside and out make sure their is no small debris even dust because they charged me because inside the truck dust particles which is from previous renter .

It was my first time using Uhaull. I was messy, but it worked at the end of the day. I booked a truck in a location initially and ordered some supplies. I called a few times to check status of my supplies....they never had in stock. So I had to cancel that part and order from somewhere else. Two or three days before my move, I called to confirm the truck and they said the truck was in a shop and they didn't have eta. So if I don't call I assume I would have troubles in the last minute? So I had to call U-Haul and change location. The truck was in working condition but not really clean...rusty rims and etc...anyways...I was just able to move as scheduled because I was proactive and called multiple times... if I was depending on Uhaul for a successful move...I would be damned...

I have rented from UHAUL many many times. This location is by far the best experience I have ever had from any location whether it be a UHAUL company store or a Dealer like this location. Highly Recommend

The U-Haul company booked my reservation for 10 AM but this location doesn’t open until 11 AM. That caused us to be behind schedule and we had to hang around and wait an hour. The only comment about the location is that they need more staff.

The trailer was filled with the smell of smoke, and black sludge on the trailer bed. The location had no trailer hitch adapter for the signals so I had to go to Canadian Tire to get one before we could depart. The location opened at 11am and my move in time was scheduled between 9am-12pm. This resulted in me missing my window to move in, when I had specified a trailer in Abbotsford for 8:30 am and was forcibly allocated this trailer unilaterally by U-haul because the trailer I had booked had to have its time extended. The only redeeming quality about this experience is the woman at the front counter was very knowledgeable about this situation and even while overworked still managed to have a positive attitude and pointed me in the right direction to get a refund for this god awful experience. Her, and Emily who I dealt with on Friday in regards to the unilateral change in my trailer, and Joyce on Saturday who handled my refund. The only redeeming quality of this experience as a first time customer and user of your business has been your customer service. These women are godsends and are the only reason I am not writing a scathing review on google, but I'll see how I'm feeling about that in the coming days once I get some distance from this event.

The lady working there was very nice, however the location was not open and the check in procedure was very difficult! Fyi the truck I drove needs work. I picked this location because of location and have used this location 3 times in the past 2 months and each time service has been amazing, highly recommend this location.

Car hauler trailer was full of sand and grit, everywhere, it was not cleaned whatsoever and the wheel winches at front were seized and didn’t work. After loading my jeep, the drivers side front tire on the trailer was low on air. Upon resting it only had 12lbs, the tire behind it only had 33lbs. The driver side ramp straps were broken, and no way of pulling the ramp out of the guides, worse yet the ramp was stuck from all the built up sand caked inside the ramp guides. When I arrived home in Qualicum Beach, after unloading the jeep, I called the number on the contract. Turned out the dropoff location was cancelled, and had to be rebooked. So when I arrived at new dropoff location, they said there was no record of the trailer indicating thats where the trailer was supposed to be dropped off at. I waited for about 20-25mins for the uhaul reps to sort everything out. I honestly don’t understand how you folks can operate. That trailer wasn’t safe to leave the depot and that puts the public at risk as well myself. This is totally unacceptable that the maintenance wasn’t completed prior to being booked out. Further, wasting my time when the dropoff location is cancelled and the uhaul reps don’t even know where it’s supposed to be dropped off.

The trailer was in terrible condition and they rushed me through picking it up saying they know about the damage and stuff so I thought I'd be fine. One of the straps was put back in a way it looked fine until I had a wheel there to strap down and then found it had been ripped short. I tried calling and leaving a message about it by haven't heard anything and got charged $90 to my credit card. I'm super angry about this.

Apparently the system wasn't on the right time zone and this caused a problem. Also, the signage at the road is hard to see and needs to be improved. The person who helped us was very knowledgeable and efficient.
