Anas EThe service at the pick up location was excellent. I did however have to clean snow off truck. I would think it would be cleaned off and ready to go. I would like to mention that our pick up location was changed and when arriving at new location there was only 1 dolly (we reserved 2) and there were no moving blankets (we reserved 6). This was not the fault of the location but the uhaul system and should be looked into as moving is stressful enough without added issues arising at pickup.

Mark SAgain the problem was head office. Told me in a text I never received, to use a different drop off location. If I refused, I would be charged extra. There was room for this truck at the location written on my contract. Head office just didn't want it there.
Greg WUhaul transferred me to the 24hr connect system after not having a truck available at the location of my choice. Pick up was at 8am but the location I was sent to only opened at 9am so I lost an hour. Second on the transfer to the new location my time with the truck got reduced from 12hrs to 4hrs. I did not realize this until Uhaul called me wondering where the truck was as they had another customer scheduled for the truck. Discussion with Uhaul operator was rather tense but I was not finished with the truck so I kept it for my original amount of time. Order online indicated $0.99 per mile and I travelled 91 miles so I was expecting $90.1 for mileage. To my surprise I was charged $0.99 per kilometer so my charge was $145.60. Needless to say not happy with the Uhaul experience as it turned out to be a bunch of errors and frustration.

William JYou don't need to take my credit card information to tell me whether the products available or not. All your call lady's are incredibly rude and unprofessional. You can't have a conversation with them because if you don't follow their form they will ignore you and continue to ignore you. Contact at site wasn't there at time of pickup, and call ladies weren't able to do anything, I don't have time all day to drive around town looking for what was supposed to be available.

Yinglun TThe owner was not at the site when we went to pick up the vehicle at the designated pick-up time. After numerous phone calls, he arrived 30 minutes late. He stated that he had forgotten that we had booked the truck. During the rental period, it was noticed that there was absolutely no windshield cleaning fluid at all and I needed to use my own fluid to add to the truck. We returned the truck about 90 minutes early but were then called by the owner later on who asked why we hadn't returned the truck. Obviously, he hadn't bothered to check the yard or the lock box where I was told to leave the key! This was the worst U-Haul outlet that I've used.

Maria WPicked up 8’ pickup truck on Friday at 5:00 pm but the door was locked and I paid $297.00 to take the truck and return the truck on Monday at 5:00 pm and paid additional $150.00 and the door was locked again just left the keys in the Mail box never again!!!!

Erfan WHad to call to have someone come to the location to allow me to pick up vehicle. Vehicle has not been vacuumed or washed on exterior. Friendly staff person when he finally arrived. Drop off at 10:10 am and had to use lock box to drop key. Bit disconcerting. Might be better to have vehicles in fully staffed daily operating business.

He was unprofessional and inconsiderate and then made up a stupid story about why he couldnt even reply to a call or a text message. He made my moving experience way more stressful than it had to be and I will never use Uhaul again and I would never recommend it to anyone.
Troy FI would not recommend u-haul to anyone honestly. Poor customer service and lack of accountability. After I reserved a cube van, the pickup location changed, the rental time was incorrect and I had to rent a smaller van because the one I reserved became unavailable. Terrible experience

Brian STHERE WAS $10 EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE CREDIT CARD. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I NEVER PAID THIS BIG CREDIT CARD CHARGE ANYWHERE IN MY LIFE. I DROVE 4 MILES AND THE CHARGE FOR FUEL WAS $17. ANOTHER UNFORTUNATE.
Suraj KWhen we picked up the truck and drove it to the apartment we discovered that there was a lock on it and we couldn’t get it open. We wasted 2 hours of our time trying to get the lock off had to take the truck back to the depot. There was no credit or refund for the inconvenience
Shelley BMy pick up time is 10:30 there was nobody at the location and no one showed up until 1115. My drop off is even worse nobody was there at all. I put the key into the dropbox and then realized that my phone was still in the U-Haul. Since then I've tried repeatedly to get a hold of the Person involved I also directly Contacted U-Haul which was also extremely disappointing. Every time I try to go there there's nobody there and nobody will return my phone call.I want my phone!!!! I think it's ridiculous that it's been over a week and I still can't get a hold of anyone. The transcript I have from my customer service rep is absolutely horrific the person actually just straight up hung up on me and didn't even deal with my issues. I'm so beyond livid and so upset I will never ever use U-Haul ever again
Treyna BWaited for an hour an a half to get the truck after being reassigned to a different location because of lack of available trucks. No one was working at the new location and I couldn't get a key. Had to Google phone number for new location and call 3 times before getting ahold of the manager. Who told me he would arrive in 5 minutes. He took 15 minutes. Truck was VERY dirty and with less then a quarter tank of gas. The whole process took 3 times as long as it should have considering I placed the order the day before. Not impressed.

SHAHERYAR AThe vehicle I rented was not filled to the proper amount of gas when I received it. The vehicle was also extremely dirty inside and out. I showed this to the person that I rented from and he almost seemed like he didn't care.

Katelyn CNot happy with this place overall. Would not accept the unit and had to drive across the city to drop it off with a tight parking lot. When I got there the gentleman took a call midway conversation and appeared to be unorganized which could not accept my drop off at 9:30 amand asked if he could check in later that day because he was unorganized. I felt annoyed as a new person to the city and sent in a wild goose chase to drop off the unit at a location

Esays OI am happy with location but not with U-Haul they told they will pay me 50 dollars for not giving me my truck on time But they never call back or talk about that again very cheap behaviour and service

Cole LIt would have been helpful if I was informed that this was a new location, and therefore would not show up in uhaul information sites. I wouldn't have been confused by the address, especially when the address included both avenue and street, which is not the regular way of writing an address in Alberta. This site (small office in empty warehouse) also could have a clean bathroom; it was filthy and had limited paper. Gentleman was friendly, and explained that he was relearning process. Thank you.
