This location is terrible. A literal coat closet that smells of urine. Guy working didn’t have the password to log into the U-Haul portal to check anyone in, took us almost a full hour to get the truck. Completely refused to process a visa debit as a valid credit card, which is literally the whole point of a visa debit, and how I made the reservation to begin with. We were told we could supply a cash deposit, went out to get cash and when we returned he wanted almost double the amount originally said. We insisted he process our credit card number, which worked just fine…. and was a visa debit. We asked about what time they close to return the truck and he said no problem, just call when you’re returning it but gave no time. We returned 15 mins past our scheduled return time and were charged a $20 after hours fee that was never stated when we asked what time they close. Just an overall stupid, unnecessary, and frustrating experience from start to finish.

We dropped off the vehicle and nobody was there. Door was locked so we called the number and someone answered and said he was out on a delivery and said to throw the keys in the back of the cube. No inspection or receipt. I had to call u haul customer service for help. I can see why they are rated only 2.9. Very poorly run operation.

Garfield DReviews on Google reveal that the truck I got today with an active check engine light has been that was for a while without maintenance and the truck keeps to be kept at 1/4 tank og gas for the purpose of charging the additional $30 gas fee. Of my several uhaul experiences, this has been extremely disappointing.
