The pick up was a little confusing. I marked that I wanted to do an in person checkout but when arrived didn't realize that I had to call the number and no one was on site for the checkout.

I rented trailer for 4 days and it's been like week and a half and still haven't received my invoice bill .. to make sure I wasn't over charged .. call and have spoke to them and seems like he's trying but been a long time ..

TYGERESS FThis is a slum lord property. No office to go into. All the ground was muddy. It's a multiplex apartment building with junk around the dilapidated building. It's like a slum lord said "hey, another easy way to make money on my rental property is Uhaul" No concrete, no office, no help I knocked on doors that I had no idea of i was safe or going to get into an altercation because I had no idea of whose for i was knocking on.
JEROLD MKeep a 4th tank of gas in truck because time I got in truck I had to stop put gas in truck .

PHYLLIS RThere is no signage at this location anywhere to indicate that it is a U-Haul business. There's also no signage indicating an office. There's nowhere for customers to sit down. There was no direction or information given about the U-Haul. I would definitely not recommend this U-Haul location and I would advise U-Haul corporate to stop using this location

TERRY WHard to find. Phone call difficult to hear, poor cell. Kenneth (?) was great once we could hear each other and correct reservation found. Confusion to start. Problem: previous person broke glass mirror and didn't clean up. Two of our people got little pieces of glass in skin. We cleaned before returning.

Erica LI must say my experience with this U-Haul location was absolutely amazing. The best ever and I rent from U-Haul all the time. I just recently relocated to this area and drove by this place as I was headed home. I saw the sign & that’s how I found them so I don’t know how ppl are saying it’s hard to find. It’s right next to the CVS & there is a sign at the end of the driveway. I reserved online & ran into a little miscommunication with U-Haul but Ken immediately sprung into action. He made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I always rent from U-Haul via the website and they are known for allowing you to make a reservation and then they’ll call you talking about the truck is not available at the location we’ll have to send you to another location yada yada ya… I understand sometimes it’s beyond their control because people will rent a truck agreeing to bring it back in 5hrs and end up bringing it back in 10hrs. Usually there is no empathy for the customer from U-Haul when this happens but with Ken it’s different. He really empathizes with his customers and you can tell that he cares about his customer’s experience. He is the absolute best! My husband said you can tell he’s not in it just for the money. Thank God for ppl like him. I was honestly thinking about renting from Penske due to my recent experiences with U-Haul back in Atlanta but decided to try U-Haul one last time since it was so close to my new home and I am so glad I did. Ken really changed my mind about U-Haul and I recommend anyone needing a U-Haul in Macon to use this location. I will only be using this location going forward while I’m in Macon. Hard to find, a wild dog in the yard.. the man who came out has tried to have the attack dog removed but animal control won’t. Have you considered posting pics of the location in the woods? We drove by multiple times, I can tell you after a long day of moving driving over 100 miles and it’s starting to get dark. This was difficult for us to find let alone try and park the U-Haul.!

Zaquan BI was not made aware of return policy for this location until after I picked up the truck, at no point did they mention I would have to return it back to the original location, and was charged for the miles to return it ,I made contact once I was done and was advised at that point if I didn't return to the original location I would be charged double. I should not have been charged for miles when I was only 2.7 miles from the nearest uhaul. If it stated this in the contract I didn't receive it timely, the person that handles the contract was not at the location.

latasha wEverything I had a reservation that was messed up multiple times I was charged $500 more than what the reservation said even once taxes were add I paid way more than was quoted for had to drive to several locations to get auto transport. I will never be using U-Haul again

Clarence BVery dangerous location… seriously located behind a super shady house that’s been converted to a quadplex. You have to drive down a dirt driveway and go BEHIND the house(literally every horror movie) and then NO ONE comes out to help you. You do everything over the phone and then it’s just on you to hook up trailers. Extremely bad. Worst experience ever with Uhaul…

Richard PI could not pick up my uhaul at my scheduled time. After calling customer service she was unable to help me and was very short with me (though I was honestly very patient and polite with her). I was transferred and someone else was able to find me. After getting there I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to meet me. He was great though. I did my pre-inspection of the vehicle online and noted that the driver side mirror was broken. When I got me bill the next day, I was charged for the broken mirror. I've reached out to customer service about that and am still waiting to hear back from someone.
