If zero stars was possible I would select ZERO. Absolutely no signage or person or office to pick trailer up from or validate pricing and quote in writing. Drove to this location based on U-Haul logistics verifying location being 24/7 trailer available and price of rental one day one way at $79 plus tax Drove 1hour north of location in opposite direction of my destination because of the trailer specs needed and hours of operation of location. Arrived in alleged GPS location and took over 30 min to verify and had to ask 3 neighborhood stores where location of U-Haul is at. This location is a a dangerous place for a female or elderly person to go and frankly neither of them would be able to receive service here. Had blast horn for 10+ min and nobody came out of what looked like an abandoned brick building with a couple u haul trucks and 2 trailers behind it. I finally had a lady come out with someone on her phone and it was allegedly the locations manager or owner and they verified on the phone the cost from zip code to zip code was $79 and even though i verified I would only have it a day he told me I had 3 days to turn it in. Very scary location with zero signs or lighting and no verification of rental notes, or verification of trailer condition or safety protocols or verification of proper way to hook trailer up. This location is far from coming close to meeting U-Haul standards.

I have used this location multiple times for trucks and recently for ac trailer. Great service the owner always answers calls with any questions I’ve had I’ve never had any issues here.

Jesse CWe went to pick up the truck and auto trailer, the location was a personal "house", if I didn't know better I would say it was a crack house. To start with the truck wasn't there when we were suppose to pick it up. When we finally were able to get it, the trailer electrical could not be hooked up to the truck, the guy renting it to us could have cared less. He told my husband to go down to Ace hardware and buy what we needed and have UHaul reimburse us. He then told my husband to just drive it without lights. We rented blankets and hand trucks, none were there. We were then five hours behind. My husband called UHaul and they told my husband to drive to another UHaul rental place and pick up blankets and hand trucks there, when my husband tried to call the location he could get no one to answer. It was a complete cluster. UHaul needs to do a better job at investigating the people they let rent out their trucks. I would NEVER recommend this location, and I"m not even sure I would recommend UHaul at this point.
