Customer Service Rep did not represent U-Haul well in my opinion. Sat at desk entire pick up and drop off interactions. Had to ask him to repeat as could not hear nor understand him. It felt to me as he was doing me a favor by allowing me to rent from him. Customer service was less than desirable. I had to write down my name and phone number of myself and wife on a post it note for him to rent to me. I had made reservation prior online. I am not sure why he could not use the info from the web reservation. It took me about 15 minutes to check out before going out to to hook up trailer I was renting. The trailer had a right side pin to hold ramp closed which was misaligned. I am assuming someone moved something heavy and it hit the ramp when in motion. Made very difficult to pin the right side. I was not able to use and had to use a hammer to open it the first time.
Brian MI get there, they were unorganized, I ordered 24 blankets they only had 6. They sent me down to the street to another Uhual, they didn't have any blankets available so they had to run across town to get the other 18 blankets. I lost an hour of my time waiting, so the experience was terrible.

TARA WOne person working trying to run gas station and U Haul rental. Representative was very nice but too many things to do by herself pick u toke way to long.
HERMAN NThe trailer was clean and in good condition, however when I went to pick it up, the lighting connector barely reached through the trailer frame, at least 18 inches back from the hitch. This required an extension, which the pickup location didn't have, and I had to run around town to fortunately find one before stores closed. Also only part of the security chain was there so it was of no use. The attendant was very helpful and none of this was her fault. The trailer itself was fine, no problems but the issue with the electrical connector and security chain should not have happened.
GARY RThe individual receiving the truck was nice, but we tried to explain that we had to separate tickets for the rental. He stated his job was to take the inventory he received and would not be able to helps us, to call the scheduling office for help.
Maria HThe issue I have is not the location but with the process of the return and the confusion with your office and the drop off address. This problem cost me a 3 hour delay and miss my other revelations to get back to California and made my day a nightmare. When I picked up the truck we had confirmed the drop off address however when I went to drop off the location had no record or knowledge of this and that was a big issue in the time ..You where send info of this change as I was turning in the truck..I AM NOT PLEASED WITH and give this rating a very poor experience..Not please at all..

MICHAEL PArch is a Fraudulent location! Stupid female staff recorded 1/8 gas tank but photos show 1/4. It’s not a plain mistake it was deliberate. Also, the staff didn’t print an invoice upon return because she claimed system error but never notified the customer of the charges for $30 fuel fee n 4 gallons shortage in gasoline although it is a gas station where customer could have refilled gasoline tank without any effort at all if needed. Thus location needs an investigation of the past invoices and fraudulent charges to customers. STOP this Arco from deceiving customers
Luis DExterior of trailer look like it just came through a snowstorm., pickup location service was excellent, return location he wasn't very friendly, seem to be like an inconvenient for me being there.
PHILIP DNeeds someone there besides the owner that gets pulled away to other store stuff that makes a five minute sign up take 30 minutes.. But thank you anyway 👍

JESSICA JHave the UHaul picked up at SIDS, also on 95 where I had the trailor hitch installed… he was excellent and went above and beyond after how filthy he saw the truck and that was AFTER I had removed the trash inside.
MICHELE MPersonnel were very courteous and friendly. They made the return of equipment very easy.

Shirley KNo major complaints. Although, I did have to clean the Uhaul truck out a little. As in, we found a crumpled napkin in between the seats, swept sunflower seed shells out of it and found a couple pieces of popcorn under the sears. This obviously did not ha e any bearing on the equipment's performance, and therefore it isn't a true complaint. Just a "hey, check this out " kind of moment. Thanks!
CLARISSA TVehicle didn’t start half the time Was stranded trying to start the truck three times Finally had to leave the truck running for hours to insure I was able to move forward after loading the truck Which makes the cost of refueling higher I was better off not renting this truck Ended up costing me more I’m sorry but I’m very unhappy And after addressing the issue with the office I got back no response Customer service was very poor and unresponsive
MARIO VI rented a uhual from this location and the guy said the uhual is $30 and 81cents per mile. I went only 7miles. Returned the truck back clean and with a full tank. I was supposed to get my deposit back but the guy charged me $162. I tried talking to the guy over the phone, but he was very hard to understand through his thick accent. He basically stole my deposit

jose yThe representative I dealt with was not organized. The inside of the equipment was clean, the windows were not clean. The fuel was closer to 3/4 than FULL, although he marked the contract as FULL. I advised the rep that the check engine light was on, and he said, "Don't worry about it, it's okay". And finally, I had to ask for my moving blankets several times, and he brought them out in a pile on a cart, I had to separate them, and count them. Luckily, I did count them as there were only 23 in the pile, and I had to ask him for another to make the 2 dozen I requested.

Kelly WI had a reservation for 1030 when I went there at 10:20 the lady at the register told me the person responsible for the U-Haul had gone home and he would be back in an hour after an hour. He still wasn’t back so I went back inside and asked her to call him 20 minutes later he shows up For six hours, but since he was late, he restricted me to only happen it for 4 1/2 although I was told to fill it up completely upon my return when I did fill it up I noticed that it cost me $15 in gas to go 16 miles if you’d like to look at my transaction receipt, please do so I just thought that was odd that a 10 foot box truck would require 1 gallon per mile something my name is Ronald McGee 702-493-7351 if you wish to discuss this

Ellen FThe only positive from the entire experience was this drop-off location. Because when I returned the equipment to this location the staff went out of their way to help me unload the car and the hauler. They were very friendly and eager to help a disabled person.

kevin pThe old man that works at Arco is terrible he does not know how to use the computer. He kept saying we were calling him stupid, but we were simply offering to help. The lady that works in there is very nice and just needs a booklet on what to enter into the computer or something. She was helping us initially and had it handled but was a little confused what to enter, the old man took over and took over an hour. The phone customer service representative was incredibly helpful and filled out our entire reservation on the phone. The woman who booked our reservation on the phone was the best phone representative I’ve ever had.
Jake BThe owner/operator of this business was a very nice guy, however I was very concerned that he used his Personal phone to take pictures of my state issued ID. As a victim of past identity theft, I asked him if he could erase the information and he told me he would have to sent it to corporate first. If this is an acceptable practice for U-Haul is should be changed.

When he did finally addtess me, he told me to park the yrailer "over there" between two trucks.. no help.... no assistance.... go drop your fucking trailer.... thank God an AM/PM customer came to help me. The jackass behind the desk didn't give a fuck.. oll be renting from Pensky in the future. The asshole at the AM/PM in Bullhead doesn't give a fuck about UHAUL customers
Robin CI returned the trailer before due. The agent said that was all I needed to do. I asked for a receipt showing my return. The person could not verify my contract and could not figure out the problem. He had his supervisor Victor trying to resolve the issue. After spending over an hour there the agent told me he would email the receipt. That has been over 34 hours and still no receipt showing my return.
