Check out was super fast! The lady in charge of the rental was very sweet and had a playful, sometimes silly personality. She was clearly doing her best to make sure I felt taken care of as a customer. She knew exactly what steps to take to get the truck ready as quickly as possible, and I really appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile. We arrived shortly before pickup, and she was right on top of everything. The location is also super convenient, close to everything. Overall, I had a great experience and was very happy with the service!
