It had a few problems to be honest. The people there did seem friendly I will say this however it was not very professional. The lady came out in a sleeping gown and barely allowed me to see the iPad she was carrying with the details about the rental and when I was standing near to her I was having to stare over her shoulder at the iPad. She was also suppose to print out the contract for me which she never did but she clicked that she did on it stating a lie. The property also smelled of weed which was unsettling. She did also state that I could return the U-Haul anywhere and when I did return it to another location they charged me a fee of 380 dollars. And also after the guy that hooked the trailer said was good we also realized it had flat tire and had to air it up at a local gas station. I do believe there is no fixing this location.

No expressed with this return location at all. I had spoken to the worker the prior day to advise I would be doing a drop off. When I arrived there was no one at the location, after calling multiple times I finally got in touch with th worker 1 min prior to my uhaul check in, who sounded as if she had been asleep at 3:45 pm. She said someone would be out shortly a few mins later a very young teenager came out to check in our U-Haul. He was not helpful at all when it came to unhooking th 6x12 unit, my 15 yr old and myself unhooked it, when I asked for a block to support the trailer he sd it would be fine to drop it on the ground, so my son did as told. When he let go of it it started rolling forward my truck. Finally after insisted multiple times, the young man went to retrieve a block which was only about 20 ft away. No customer service at all. I'm hoping there is no additional charges due to a late check in at no fault of my own
