Returning the U-Haul was an absolute nightmare, I was hung up on four times at the call center and nobody can help me I ended up having to just leave the U-Haul at the location and return the key without any assistance because I kept being hung up on and the woman I spoke to said I don't know anything about a call center it doesn't matter if I know anything about a call center I'm calling to return a U-Haul I'm not applying for a job at each call center she wouldn't let me speak to anybody else and told me that there are no managers there I have to speak to anyone else even the janitor at this point and she again hung up on me. I have no idea what my final charge is going to be I have no idea if the rental is closed out I have no information because I couldn't get any help and I had called previously to returning the U-Haul and spoke to somebody who could change the location because for some reason the original location was an hour and 45 minutes from my location when there's are you all less than 10 minutes from my house and my new place. Because state that they are could be recorded so please somebody should listen to those calls I would really appreciate it. I know that the woman who is speaking to me the last time knows who I am because every time I call you all the answer hello Vanessa. This is the worst experience ever and I have already shared it with all my friends and relatives and told them to let everyone else be aware as well because I don't want anyone to be in the situation that I was in.

I was charged a late fee for the rental and the location was closed at 12 PM. 4 hours before my return time.

Place was closed and had to use the 24/7 app which I had to call someone to help me with it because I was standing right out side the door and it said the GPS couldn't find me even though I had turned on the location button on the app

My uhaul had no gas in it. How frustrating is it to rent a uhaul to move and you get in it and the tank is on e? I used extra miles because I had to stop at the gas station twice instead of once before returning. My truck also had broken parts, and the pickup experience was may more complicated than it needed to be. I am very disappointed as I have used uhaul for all of my past moves.

The due in my truck was empty. Upon paying for gas, putting the nozzle in the tank, and pressing the handle, gasoline poured (like a water fall) from the bottom of the truck. It splashed all over my legs and feet and all over the concrete. This was extremely dangerous and put myself and the other customers in harms way. Who would have been liable, if the gasoline were to be ignited and explode? I had to move that day. It wasted an hour of my time and I never received my money back for the gasoline wasted.

We were given different addresses via email without notification the address changed so we e fed up getting the truck late & I was late to my appointment. Then, we were told we had to return the truck by the original time or be charged an entire day so we had to extend our reservation.

Gas light was on when I entered the truck had to put $35 into the truck and did not get my money back for it only drove 8 miles

Staff was rude, forced to do everything on the phone, no printed copy of the contract, charged 100.00 for gas for a 47 mile trip. Worst experience ever, would never recommend to anyone.
