Michael G | ReservationFix your return methods. Took over 30 minutes because the app/computer wouldn't work, person on the phone did all she could but system for return sucks. Never had that issue the previous time I rented a truck.

Pam KWent to location sign saying it was open. Note on the door stated they were at another location and to call this number. Called number several times made several trips.There could not make contact with anyone. Never notified that truck had been checked in. Finally left truck and was told that I would be notified by email but no one ever did. Not very happy with this.

Brandy DDid not have the correct size truck reserved a 26 foot was given a 15 foot. This caused me to have to drive twice as many miles. I would like a 50% reduction on my mileage charge. Please contact me.
Karl WThe only problem was there was no one there in the building like there was supposed to and the truck wasn’t where it said it was. It was behind the storage buildings not on the side. Had I been someone that wasn’t good at using technology it wouldn’t have been easy to get my truck.

MARTIN SCould not get intouch with the locations operator. The lady online was wonderful and answered all my questions. I was a first time renter and in a bind with a date to move my trailer.

Angel MI never was able to talk to anyone at this location. They are never there!! I left multiple messages with no return call. Josh Ward finally took care of my return. He is a great employee for UHaul.

Raymond PI ask for a dolly, furniture dolly, and 2 dozens blankets and when I got there it was only the truck!! This has happened the last two times I have rent from you.
Ricky SSafety hazard due to inoperable lights on passenger side of the vehicle, no taillight/right turn signal/ brake light and reverse lights. Vehicles need to be inspected prior to being rented out.
Jeremy TBe sure you are open when you say you are. I arrived during business to drop off and it was closed. Had to drop off key in box and the box said there would be a charge all very confusing.

Charles GThere was no overview of the truck. The cab was dirty. The steering wheel shook when applying the brakes. This made for an unpleasant experience driving from Alabama to Florida.
Michael GTrailer had a good bit of damage to it and nothing got logged down before we got it and then the site for me to go would not up load the pictures and then locked me out so I couldn't get back in.... Then at drop off, store was closed and I called the # on the rental agreement like it said and the girl I spoke with was very rude and basically hung up on me so we just parked the trailer and left it

Julie DThe original location that was sent thru the text said it was available for pick up at 10:00am. When I called to schedule the appointment, I asked for 8:00am pick up. The day before pick up, I got a text that it would be available for pick up at 10 and to call and confirm. Only problem was I got the text at 5:30 and location was closed. Within 10 min of trying to call them, I received another text saying it would be available for pick up after 10:30. I showed up at 10:30 and no one was their. I had to go to the original place that was stated on the email and very luckily they had an available truck. I also got another text message after getting the truck that my original order was available for pick up after 11:30. The lady at the place I got the truck said it was not uncommon for them to either be really late or not even show up and she receives all the complaints. The location on 609 Stewart st sw. in Hartselle, Al should be shut down. I had hired someone to help me move and this Waisted over 2 hours of our time and I was paying them by the hour so I lost more money because they can not come to work on time. I will not use or recommend that location again.
Mitchell LMy pickup location had to be changed after 45 minutes of waiting on another store to open. I had 10:30am scheduled p/u and at 11:15 am they were still not taking calls or opening the doors. I was offered no compensation even when I had to drive to a different location and lose an hour of my move day.
