PATRICIA PWe rented a few spaces (covered & uncovered) and absolutely loved them both. The spots are easy to get in and out, good width and extremely clean. The location is excellent with it being in town and easy to access. We would definitely recommend this storage place to everyone looking in Pahrump.

Hayley GDon’t blame me crime caused not my fault that U-Haul guy forgot his device inside truck while pickup truck. U-Haul called & emailed me to return but I already drove 2-3 hrs then rest nest day checked my iPhone & emailed upset so I looked & found the device. I will mail it back U-Haul in Pahrump tomorrow. Thanks!

PAUL KI was told to drop off at 9:30 am. I showed up at 9:38 and was charged an extra day. $40 not very good service there.
Richard GAZ Storage did everything they could to accommodate my rental. It was UHaul that made the Rental displeasing at the end, Miscommunication and 1 missed day to extend the rental & they threaten to report the equipment Stolen... for someone with a CDL, that's a Serious Problem & can lead to Serious Consequences inadvertently...

Aukake HMaybe more detail in the app for after hours drop off location. Small front parking area doesn't feel suitable. Maybe add gate code and area to drop off trailers.

Cynthia GExcellent service! I will use them again. When I first hooked up, the associate noticed the trailer had a non-working running light. I was willing to go without fixing it. He told me they would feel better about my safety if I had all running lights working (probably a company requirement as well). I appreciated his concern and honesty. We hooked up to another trailer with all lights in working order.

DANIELLE BIt would be nice to offer some sort of discounts. Perhaps AAA, or senior or military discounts would be nice. This experience with Uhaul has been the best I have had with Uhaul! Eugene LMan came outside when I arrived offered me water. Went over the truck miles checked out everything very pleasant and he apologized for the terrible service at the other location.
TERESA MI was completely blown away by how great these people were the office was beautiful I was way high up on a hill with a beautiful view lookin down on the town . They were very nice down to earth very pleasent friendly people and generous to a fault. A breath of fresh business in it to keep customers happy and I am one happy customer thanks for everything I guarantee that you too will be happy with these guys i see no need for improvement please don't ever change!

MARK SThe drop off was completely opposite of the pickup location. The staff met me when I pulled up and led me where I parked the truck. She asked lots of questions about the rental experience, the truck functionality. When l left I felt like she cared about my rental experience.
SCOTT WThe location we picked up from and returned to was great, my concerns are with the UHaul system overall. We reserved at the Highway 160 location well in advance, registered drivers license information, etc, but showed up at our reservation time to find that there was no truck, no record of the reservation, etc. The location in question took the reservation in the first place. AZ stepped up and filled the need, but it limited our time with the truck compared to what we requested in our original reservation.
