My overall experience with U Haul is very poor. The trucks are not well maintained; trailers lack sufficient safety features and overall not the right choice when moving interstate. While the facilities and people are very nice. Overall the equipment is too old, and I question its general road worthiness.

Andi BWe were called by Uhaul with a change of drop off lovation. We were told we had to return the rental by 8 o’clock in the morning because we rented at 8 o’clock or we would be charged for another day. We arrived at 8:00 am at the drop off location. It doesn’t open till 9 o’clock. I know it was not the location that called us, but this mis information was not appreciated.
