My experience with this location and the uhaul representative was great. Quick, easy, gave me some important tips for the road and double checked everything he possibly could for me. Hauled a 4x8 2300 miles clear plum across the United States of America and didn't have a single issue. Even took it to a visit to the Grand Canyon and I was able to safely and comfortably navigate any condition we stumbled upon in the mountains on gravel roads. Will definitely return to this location when I'm in Tennessee and require UHaulNicholas A.

Rented a 26ft truck and appliance dolly when I picked up my truck it had no dolly in the back. Tried contacting owner and no response even left voice mail still no response and it has been a week. I would not recommend them I would rather drive out of my way before I rent from them again.Michael W.

Get a service representative that answers the phone. I called "Michael" about 30 times with no response and his voicemail is full. Get new locks on the trailers or service/lubricate the ones you have. I had to swap trucks because we couldn't get the seized lock off the one we were supposed to use. We were here for an hour and a half all together trying to get the situation handled. At least the people using them are keeping them clean, I doubt they get maintained unless something happens. Zero stars isn't an option or I would have chosen that.Emily C.

The truck was fine, the man that rented it to me was great but whoever had this vehicle before me did not clean it, it was filthy when I got into it an I left it that way now if I had gotten it dirty I would of cleaned it! I did say it was clean when I dropped it off because there was no options asking was it clean when you rented this just is it clean and ready for the next person so I said yes! I wasn't getting charged for it being dirty when it looked that way when I got into it!!Bobbie J.

The location and the dealer were quite pleasant. Sadly, our moving day was held up during Uhaul pickup more than we anticipated. This was due 100% to the fact that when I reserved the rental, Uhaul neglected to make it known that I would need to hand over an additional $100 for "deposit". The best I can tell, after the fact, this was because I used a debit type card to reserve. Although a couple weeks before, I had $167 taken by Uhaul for the rental, this appeared to not be sufficient. The dealer was also confused when we could not finalize the checkout and had to contact Uhaul directly for guidance. This fact left me feeling that Uhaul NEEDS to make sure their dealers are aware of processes and/or changes to those processes. Luckily I had $100 cash to hand over. I was told I would get my deposit back in the same manner I paid it....cash. That was NOT the case.Jennifer W.

Office -a shipping container, was not open although online site said it was open hours. Phone numbers tracked to the same answering service which said mailbox is full. No return of several attempted calls. I had to download the app and do the return that way to have any confidence in the transaction. The AAA Pioneer is a creepy, isolated gravel lot, with a haphazard assortment of shipping containers and no facility other than the key return box on a pole. It looks like a place for a drug deal shoot out in a movie.Ward D.
This was a HORRIBLE experience! I ordered the truck two weeks in advance. Along with an appliance dolly. I get there and he is 45 minutes late and DOESNT have the dolly. I have to pick up a dolly from another location which creates a new number and drop off location. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with moving. Hands down.Felecia S.

I having been waiting since I dropped off the Uhaul on March 20th to get my $100 deposit back! No one has called me and the guy is never at the drop off site! He doesn't call back! Neither does the regional. I have used UHaul many many times and this is un called for! I am very very upset and unhappy with this and doubt I will use uhaul again.Loretta D.

I attempted to drop off the Uhaul at 1671 E. Spring Street, Cookeville TN 3&506. (931) 526-8147-(a more convent location for me). The lady on the phone told me I could not and had to take it to a different location! Thankful the next somewhat convent location we called was more than willing to help!Simon F.

I made the reservation Friday evening for a Saturday pickup at 10:30 am with a commitment to pick up a piece of furniture locally at 1100. I arrived at this location at 10:27 am. (Note that clicking the address in the app sends you to a completely different street...the address has to be manually typed into your GPS.) When I arrived the lights were off and the doors locked. I called both of the numbers for the businesses. By this point another woman had arrived for her appt at 11:00l. She left a voicemail for him as well. In the meantime I called customer service to see what could be done. I was on hold with customer service when the woman waiting told me he had called her back and said he was on his way. He finally arrived some time around 11;00. While he did apologize for being late, I felt very rushed throughout the whole check in process. Due to this, I was late to pick up the furniture I had arranged for as well...and the person selling the furniture graciously waited on me, but was late for their next commitment as well. I used the guaranteed available reservation on the website due to my time constraints. I used UHaul when I moved states 5 years ago, and then a few more times moving between cities. I have never had a rep be late before, There are many Uhaul locations to choose from where I live, and should I need uhaul again in the future, I will be selecting my reservation from a different facility,Leslie P.
