Not many units (1 truck and 1 trailer) on the lot, but they had what I needed, were prompt and courteous with the paperwork, and they even hooked it up for me (I guess they have to now in this sue-happy world), but I am already quite used to towing a trailer (21 foot ProLite Classic) so this was a breeze for me! The â€œafter hours turn inâ€ by phone didn't work so well for me, as I had left the contract at home when I dropped off my load, and didn't have my contract number with me. So I dropped the trailer, went home and got the contract and drove BACK to the lot (you can't do this if you're not physically at the drop off location!), and completed the turn in process on my phone.Daniel O.

My interactions with the employee who set me up with my truck at the location were very good. However, I reserved a 15 ft. truck and was given a 10 ft. truck. This isn't that big of an issue in the end (I was able to squeeze everything I needed to into the 10ft truck), but I was charged for a 15ft truck as opposed to a 10ft truck. It seems I ended up paying extra for less space.Michael K.

I used the 24 hour drop off here and there was an issue with the app, it would not let me upload picture of gauges. I did only have 1 signal bar on my phone so not sure if that was why but did let customer service agent know this so I would not be charged the extra $20 fee.Jason S.
