Jennifer JThe required height of the trailer hitch was completely discounted by the staff. rear end of trailer was 3" off the ground, but it made the 2000 mile trip with no problems. I would have been happier if they had sold me a hitch with a 6" drop.

Gretchen HThe pin for the hitch was missing. One of the front tires was completely bald. The employee at this location missed it and whoever handed it off to him missed it as well. We ended up waiting for 4 extra hours for U-Haul to fix the tire before our trip.
JEREMIAH JAfter a rocky start as to the cancellation of our original contract due to someone deciding we couldn’t take the truck to Canada, some heated exchanges with Dylan - and then the decision being made to allow the truck to cross into Canada all went well. Thanks to Dylan for the new arrangement, the truck was clean, rode well, held all our belongings and was easy to drive. Thank to UHaul for making our journey an easy one. We will recommend you to everyone.
RICHARD BUnable to apply uhaul employee discount at 24/7 pickup location. Pickup location said they didn't know. Submitted CAF. Location did go out of their way to find vehicle and thank you, five stars.
James BThere was no one present at the location when I showed at the appointed time to pick up the unit I had reserved. Attempts to contact by phone and email failed. I picked up the unit and left, then thru phone contact with the mail uhaul service number was able to complete the contract and pay for the rental.
Brian SOnly place in Kalispell area to have the truck I needed. The agent was very reachable by phone and responded quickly. But windows and mirrors were very dirty.

Robert MI do have one complaint - I scratched the top of the U-Haul and found out at the end that the top part is NOT insured - my cc was charged for the damage (with no warning as its in the contract)....I wish I had been made aware of this from the get go then I wouldn't have been so mad with the U-Haul company once I dropped it off!!
