No one was there to help. I dropped trailer. Ised app to check out amd left. Was charged an additional $66 dollars without explanation. I’ll be refuting that charge.

The one way 15’ rental was terrible! I will never ever rent one again. It was so loud in the cab that we needed earplugs. Is was like the truck had no shocks trying to drive it was tiresome because it bounced around. This has nothing to do with the rental location.
