My rental was supposed to come from a different location, but at the last minute we were switched to this location. We had a lot of trouble picking up the rental... somehow they did not have my husband on the approved drivers and it was a mess getting things squared away because the person helping in the store did not know what they were doing. Then right after drop-off, we immediately realized that an item had accidentally been left in the back of the truck. I immediately called the location, but they had closed. Almost 2 weeks later they have not returned my calls... with workers at this location telling me that there is usually "no U-Haul Representative at the location to help." I have had contact with my Corporate Representative and they have also been no help in my situation.
