This was by best experience with U Haul ever. Angela was on top of all the details and paperwork making it easy and the gentlemen there who's name I did not get went above and beyond helping to get my sons car on the transport. We had new equipment and it made the journey pleasant. I will only rent from this location in the future! Five star service!

I am not sure if it is normal for the enclosed trailers to smell terrible inside, almost like a mildew/mold smell. Maybe it's from the heat and humidity. I wasn't riding in the trailer obviously, and I wasn't moving anything that the smell would effect, so I could deal with it. I didn't mention it to the person working the desk, because it was something I could manage with and I was in a hurry. I just wanted to mention that because I am sure they would have did something about it.

Customer service and friendliness of employee was exceptional and would recommend location to others. The rental truck has seen better days, it drove rough and was not as comfortable as I had hoped, reading Uhaul reviews made it seem equipment was better maintained and best in the industry. Steering seemed off a little as I had to keep steering wheel slightly off 12-6 to go straight.

I originally booked the truck for 12 hours not knowing how long I would need it. The young lady explained that if I used it past 12 hours I would be charged another day. She made the rental period for 24 hours so I would not be charged that extra day. Very friendly and great customer service!!

The 24/7 rental options is a good idea for off hour convenient rental needs. The only issue I have is the website. It can become confusing at times. There are delays that requires to back out of or completely log out then back in. Also does the renter(s) get reimbursed if they don't use the additional equipment such as ( dolly and pads) without tags being removed? I didn't see that as being an options.

I only had the truck for 22 hours. I had to pay for two (48 hrs) days. It cost me $157 for that time frame. SMH

This location had a great staff, very helpful and friendly. We we're in and out with the vehicle we needed in less than 15 minutes. The truck was clean and equipped with our needs. Would highly recommend this location to anyone, especially if on short notice!

Bad service. Truck leaked out of the roof and got water all over my belongings so we had to keep it an extra day to do another load, due to this. Ive asked for a reduction in what was charged and received an email, supposedly from a manager that was no help. I will never use uhaul again.

This location has terrible customer service skills and they charge you for items that you did not use. They place charges on your card without contacting you or having permission. This conduct is sneaky and deceitful. I am completly disatisfied with the service received and I will be placing a review on line.

I booked the trailer at the location in the 14000 block of Warwick Blvd in Newport News the next day they called and said I would pick it up at another location which was express furniture on Denbigh Blvd. The morning I was to pick it up I called the store ( express furniture) and he said he did not have any trailers and I would have to call the 1-800 number. I called the store I booked it at and they were very helpful and found me a trailer. The store I did pick it up from was super good and helpful, it was not what I wanted but it worked. The two store ( one at 14000 and the other at 13000 Warwick Blvd were very helpful and professional. Your outlet store at EXPRESS FURNITURE on Denbigh Blvd I would close. My dog would give better service then that dealer. Overall I was happy after I got to someone that was trying to help resolve the problem.

I attempted to drop off the trailer at a location closer to our destination, but they insisted that I had to drop it off at the specified location on the agreement. However, the location above took the trailer on Monday and assured me (and confirmed) with a call that it was okay to drop it off there (which was not the location we had originally selected).

Other than leaving my charger in truck, great service. However they claim to not have a restroom, this seems to be unlawful to have a business without a restroom or it's just something a business lies about to certain customers.

There was some significant changes made to my day, and I was accommodated greatly. I was able to pick the uhaul up a day early and was able to move all of my belongings in a better timeframe. I really appreciate everything and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone due to the awesome staff!

The pick up procedure was lengthy and frustrating. The drop off was almost worse. Based on that experience alone I will not be looking at UHaul next time I need to rent a truck.
