The staff appear bored and just to important to wait on you. When they finally do assist you they are rude and short tempered. I was treated with an attitude of they just don't care!

the inside of hauling space in truck was not thoroughly cleaned, I had to sweep the trash and dirt off before I was able to load the truck.

The people were friendly, but my overall experience this time was horrible. They couldn't find the keys to my originally scheduled truck, so the paperwork never matched, when I tried to return mobile it wouldn't work because nothing matched. I called the 800 number but they couldn't check it in either, just documented everything. When I did get my bill I was OVERCHARGED MILEAGE! And above all else, the truck was FILTHY!!!! I sent pictures to the agent I spoke with over the phone. With this pandemic going on you would think they would take at least a rag to wipe off all the dog hair everywhere in the cab and the film of dirt out of the mother's attic....If this had been my first experience with Uhaul, I would not return. I would like my mileage discrepancy credited, I certainly shouldn't be overcharged for a filthy truck!!!!!

see lights issue. The truck we had this made ar least 800 miles of the 1046 we traveled fairly pleasant.


The truck initially appeared acceptable overall. Clear examination revealed the cab was minimally clean, the back of the truck deck was dirty and the ramp was very dirty - grass, dirt, gravel, gum, grease. The exterior revealed this was an abused truck, many dings with +70,000 miles, but I was glad to have one available due to the covid-19 restrictions. Damage to the attic section was unknown until the rain the next few days. However, the staff has always been very friendly and professional, past experiences have been excellent.

When I arrived for my reservation the system had crashed and with no one in line I waited an hour only to be told that they had my truck but not my trailer and asked me to come in at a later time in the day and it would be there then. I came in later that day, waited another 30min in line, only to find that my reservation location had been moved to a location 20min away. My original reservation was for 8am, I did not check out all my items til after 1:30pm.
