Very quick and polite. I had just driven 250 miles and then unloaded so needless to say I was very tired. Forgot to refuel truck and they did not make a big deal out of it just let me go fuel the truck and return. Pleasure to deal with.

You need to have more reps available.i had a pick appointment scheduled for August 30th @ 7am i was there before Nappa opened. When the lady at the counter opened i told her i had an appointment to pick up my truck @7am.i was told U-Haul does not open till 8am.Then i was told it would be after 8:30 before anyone cold help me The agent got there around 8:45.i did not have a very good experience with U-Haul today.

The only issue I had was the small truck that I rented didnt have a ramp which isn't disclosed on the web site. I had to leave a few items of mine behind because there wasn't a ramp. If I had known there wasn't one, I would have rented a different size truck. Just a suggestion that y'all disclose that there isn't a ramp on the small trucks.

We as a family were afraid and hesitant to leave the dolly that was too big to leave in the front of the big truck. If it was indeed stolen who would have been responsible for it? Uhaul needs to inform the renters on what exactly to do with the extra stuff rented.

The guy who took our order didn’t know what he was doing at all. He screwed up the whole order overcharged is on mileage used his personal phone to take pictures of my drivers license and laughed when I asked why my personal information was being put on his personal phone. I spoke with David Olson and he said I was being refunded for the over mileage but that was a lie when I called him back a week later he now says it’s under further investigation. When I called the customer service they told me that he had closed out my complaint last week and said it was resolved. There has been no resolution to my issues and he is a poor excuse for a manager. I will be sure everyone knows about this location and the area manager so they will not use this location. Poor service and even worse customer service. Not a happy customer at all. And everyone needs to know how your company works. Poor poor poor is all I can say about this location. And the area manager is a joke. My whole experience was a joke. Get competent people who can do their job.

Light was not working - he had to transfer a trailer from another location. I overheard him mention to another employee that uhaul had been out to fix it that week. The dealer was awesome!!! Uhaul, not so. I've experienced similar problems from uhaul in the past.
