HEATHER KUhaul place in my town did not have this car trailer. I had to drive 85 miles round trip to this location. Even with over a 1 week notice, there was no option to have it brought in. Created a 2 hour delay in my departure overall since I wasn't able to pick it up the night before (not open late enough on Sunday for my schedule).
Tony UThe Sterling location service was excellent! However on returning our truck to Panama city beach the technician told us there was no room for us to return our truck(there was room for 1 more truck) and we had to return it to another location and would only give us the address of 15th...my husband said 15th what? He said"I don't know...look it up!! We therefore were driving along time trying to find 15th (even with navigation) we returned the truck late and with less gas than was required. The technician on 15th was very nice!

JIM JI gave 2 weeks of preparation for the actual truck I ordered and I had to choose to drive 40 miles for the size of truck I wanted or settle for a smaller truck and a trailer. The truck I was given was dirty and smelled like drugs. I was told to buy deodorizer to get the smell out of the truck. This is not my responsibility and will not be using U-Haul for any future moves. I am very disappointed in the service U-Haul provided. I now have to wash all my clothes furniture and bedding due to the smell. I do hope the smell comes out.
Robert TNu there was nobody there and I was unable to hook the trailer from my truck because I'm not strong enough so I had to wait two days for somebody to get it off there and then they want to charge me an extra day

Garrett OMade reservation 2 weeks in advance. No call to confirm day before. Had to call several times and track down workers at 2 different locations. Finally received a call back at 8:00pm night the before our move and given a 6:00 am pick up time. Arrived at UHaul to retrieve the truck and it is not there. Then told to wait until 8:00 am to pick up at another location "if possibly available". What was the point in making a reservation? Was told my reservation had to be "redirected" to another location. How can I schedule a 20' truck pick up 2 weeks in advance and then have to start over ON the day of my move? Finally was able to pick up a truck 2 hours behind schedule, and then have a tire blown out on the highway. The organization and communication in the Sterling Colorado location makes me glad I will not be working with UHaul any further. It seems like the intentions of the Uhaul corporation/ program are great but the people in small town locations need better training and professionalism before being allowed to represent your product. I am hesitant to use this company any further in fear of the disorganization of reservations, pick-up, and now safety of the tires not being properly checked before departures.

Alan TI could not rent a 6 X 12 enclosed trailer in Cheyenne WY and A&A was the closest. All in all even after the 4+ hour round trip drive to pickup the trailer not a bad experience at all!
RICHARD BTrailer had a temporary License tag and I was pulled over by the state police as they thought it was stolen because there was no state called out on the temporary tag. This created many issues for me and a big delay. If you are going to have a trailer with a temp tag this should be explained so it does not create embarrassing and untimely delays.
Stephen MHe went out of his way to help us. He knew we were arriving right at closing and stayed to get us set up. Very nice, helpful and professional.
