If the customer needs an auto hauler, questions like tire size need to be asked or the customer needs to be informed that they will need strap extensions for tires larger than 17 in.Bruce H.

So back to your computer programs. Wanted to return the auto transport then go unload the truck. Took the trained employee 20 minutes to navigate your program to return 1 item and not everything. Your computer program and app need work.Lester S.

Wrong truck was ready, had to call and wait on someone to figure it out. They finally came and we left an hour later but our time didn't change. The cab of the truck was dirty and they aren't doing anything for COVID19.John H.
The lock was hard to get into because it was so tight. We had to send over 5 minutes messing with it before we were able to get into it. The cab of the truck smelled of cigarettes. There were cigarette ashes all over the floor board and a pack of cigarettes behind the driver seat. Overall the truck served its purpose.Matt R.

I don't appreciate being charged for insurance I declined from the beginning. I returned the truck with more gas then it had when I picked it up. I was still charged for gas. I would not recommend this location to rent a truck from, they are thieves.Todd J.

I was driving in hard rain when the driver's side wiper came loose and fell off. I also struggled with the online pick up and drop off. I was sent to the wrong location for pick up and was not told when I made my reservation that I needed to set up an account. I find online stuff difficult. To at least talk to someone at .com to help me pick up would have been very helpful.Donna C.

Remove the lady with dark hair from employment. In my time in the lobby she was rude to three other customers and with me as well. This lady dosent need to be in a lobby dealing with people. It was a negative experience and I'll never rent from that location EVER AGAIN. The dolly towed well and was in decent overall shape. The passenger fender was in really poor shape but did it's job.Phillip R.

Not treated like a customer. After 12 hours telling trailer with RV I did not feel comfortable backing the trailer into a tight spot. Asked if I could place and have them move. Manager did not handle request. Threatened with fees and banning from uhaul. I explained my situation and they said didn't care. I was forced to dislocate trailer myself. The confirmed pick up time was at 12pm (noon). The staff member did not arrive until 1:18pm and my rental agreement was not completed until almost 2pm. When I got into the truck and was heading to my home I noticed that the air conditioning was not working. I tried to call back to the office but since there was only ONE person working that day the location was OVERWHELMED with people and the staff member was unable to help me immediately. I then spoke to a "Customer Service Rep" at the 800 number and was on the phone with her for over 45 minutes. In the end I got disconnected and NO ONE came to repair the air in my truck. I then called the local office back and was informed that there was nothing that could be done on their end and that they DID NOT have any other trucks available for me. I was instructed to call the 800 number, which I had already done. So I knew I was in for a long haul, 1000 miles across the heart of the South with no air conditioning in July....Franklin R.
We rented a uhaul so can help a elderly friend move a lg fridge since hers went out paid 50.00 that i didnt have to get this fride and got to location to get fridge had no ramp on truck so could not get a fridge as it was me and my mom only so spent 50.00 for 2 hrs n got no use out of it called n told her needed a ramp she said thatbtruck dont have it and refused to refund the moneyNadine L.
