Better customer service e to start with… maybe having someone actually in the completely open building/business having reserves a trailer I walked in and around whole place for 10 mins never seen a person had to go to another location which was horrible service.. won’t have my business again!

Rodney JWas charged an extra $40 because of my gas gage being less than 5 miles from what I got it on. I do not recommend this place at all.

Levoid GThis location was absolutely perfect! My problem is the actual U-Haul website! I was placed on a “Do Not Rent” list because the system linked me to my son’s account! This was so embarrassing! & it’s not ok! I began a chat to try and figure out what the problem was, to no avail! The associate on the other end was not concerned about my best interest nor the company’s best interest. Finally I called and I received an answer. The system automatically linked me to my son’s account. This is not fair to the consumer. I should not have to be embarrassed because of my son doesn’t have his affairs in order.
